I am so exhausted, I feel like prayer is not really existent, I get frustrated when I’m tired and I feel like a bad mama and daughter of God… My son is a wonderful little boy… he is 10 months and feeds every 3 hours as we are still struggling with solid meals…. I don’t feel like my energy can keep up. And at night I just can’t manage without my husband… He travels 6-8 times a year for work and from 5 months post Partum I started getting terrible migraines with vertigo every 1.5-2 weeks leaving me in bed for 3/4 days as I could just not look after my baby and needed support from my mum and husband. I feel lost most of the time and struggling to be a good mama when exhausted and a good Christian that keeps prayer in her every day life….. any advice…

Have you gone to see a doctor? Got your blood pressure checked? Blood work done?

Good moms are often hard on themselves 💕 Christ loves you and your family, and it sounds like you're doing what you can to be a good mom and wife!
As far as migraines, what have you tried for them thus far?
I'm going through a rough patch this year, trying to find Jesus in my life, because some of the circumstances in my life have not been ones I enjoy. I know that things will be okay, because that's how they turn out eventually. However, my faith and trust in God is something I've been struggling with. For me, I've found it important to keep coming to God, and to find direction and solace in connecting with Him, whether it be a prayer, venting all my feelings, or reading scripture.

Reading the psalms helps, David is so real in his prayers. God is faithful even when we aren't. We say God I don't think I'm enough and He says Yaweh (I AM).

Also go to church, even when you dont feel good enough, be with other Christians, praise Him for your weakness because He will use that too; 2 cor. 12:9-10
Talk to your pastor, he can pray with you, give you a "daily Bible prescription" and connect you to other moms who are going or have gone through similar things.
I'll pray for you sister ❤️

The migraines and vertigo don’t sound normal to me. Have you had your bloods checked? Is anything deficient? Because frequent migraines and vertigo that leaves you bed bound for 3-4 days doesn’t sound normal at all hun there must be something deeper going on that probably needs supplements or meds to treat. I hope you get the treatment you need coz that sounds terrible. It’s great to pray, it’s great to manifest but your health sounds concerning I’d look into that asap.
Just had a miscarriage 6 weeks ago, we lost the baby at 27 weeks,
my friend is staying who I haven’t seen since before I fell pregnant, she’s just had a baby and brought him to stay, but I feel I’m always crying about her baby, and getting emotional, we haven’t dine one nice thing as I’m bed rotting most of the day!
So tell me do I need to get a grip or do I have the right to feel upset x

I’m 19 weeks and my boobs before pregnancy were 30dd and now they’ve gotten even more massive and heavy. I’m non-binary and sometimes my boobs give me gender dysphoria. Usually I use binders from Spectrum Outfitters but I can’t fit into them anymore. I’m wondering if there’s any binders that are good for in pregnancy. My boobs feel like ROCKS!! I don’t even think I could achieve a flat chest with a binder but anything that can make them flatter would be nice.
I know this is a really niche question 🥲 Any help is appreciated.

Can someone send me reliable academic and peer reviewed links to research which shows that the cry it out method damages children’s mental health please.
While we haven’t and don’t plan to do CIO, I see so many comments from people stating things like it damages mental and quite frankly really horrible comments to parents asking questions about it without including the scientific evidence. It’s not fair to judge other parents choices.

How do moms with bpd deal with it. I don’t struggle with my daughter at all but more with other people around me like the guy I’m talking to and family. I try to go without medicine but I feel like I just screw everything up. She doesn’t aggravate me or anything I just struggle with the other people. Should I go back on my medicine or is it normal to be so annoyed with people around me .

I know this sound like a wierd question but I'm trying to understand myself.
I barely cry over myself or my own problems. I would say probs about once a year or so when I'm feeling super overwhelmed or if I'm feeling lonely.
Don't get me wrong, show me a social media post of injustice or someones healing story and I will cry.
But like for meee.. If I'm feeling stressed, upset etc. You will never catch me crying over a man either. I've always had that oh wells what will be will be.
I'm also a very blunt and direct person. I find myself often in the position of listening to everyone's problems and giving them advice.
I just wonder if there is anyone out there similar to me....
