Binders for pregnancy?

I’m 19 weeks and my boobs before pregnancy were 30dd and now they’ve gotten even more massive and heavy. I’m non-binary and sometimes my boobs give me gender dysphoria. Usually I use binders from Spectrum Outfitters but I can’t fit into them anymore. I’m wondering if there’s any binders that are good for in pregnancy. My boobs feel like ROCKS!! I don’t even think I could achieve a flat chest with a binder but anything that can make them flatter would be nice.
I know this is a really niche question 🥲 Any help is appreciated.

I would check with your midwife! My boobs are also very hard I haven’t worn a bra a day in pregnancy 😂 I don’t even like touching them so couldn’t imagine compressing them, just want you to be safe, definitely get medical advice, I hope you’re ok!

Speak to a midwife and maybe go. You could do more damage trying to bind xx

I don’t know much about binders but could you try a high impact sports bra that is your new size/slightly too small to achieve a similar effect?

Am I being dramatic

Just had a miscarriage 6 weeks ago, we lost the baby at 27 weeks,

my friend is staying who I haven’t seen since before I fell pregnant, she’s just had a baby and brought him to stay, but I feel I’m always crying about her baby, and getting emotional, we haven’t dine one nice thing as I’m bed rotting most of the day!

So tell me do I need to get a grip or do I have the right to feel upset x

Just venting

I’ve been feeling like a failure lately because my baby’s first birthday is coming up, and I lost my job after she was hospitalized for Covid & Flu B I’ve been trying so hard to make her birthday special, but I don’t have much help or a support system.

I’ve reached out a little for help with birthday decorations like via wishlist or anything possible , but I’ve gotten very little response. I completely understand that nobody is obligated to help me, and I’m not expecting anyone to owe me anything. I just think it’s hard when you’re trying to do everything on your own and want so badly to give your baby a special day.

I’m still going to do everything I can for her, but honestly, this has been weighing on me more than I want to admit.

How to ditch the bottle?

So i’m embarrassed but my son (almost 2) still needs to be rocked to sleep with a bottle at nap time and before bed. I should have gotten rid of the bottle when he turned one but he just loves it so much and now i fear i’ve created a monster 😭 at this point he just uses it for comfort and i know he doesn’t need it anymore, so what’s the best way of going about it? i’m considering cutting an ounce off the bottle each day until there’s nothing left, but i’m also considering just cutting him off cold turkey. i would love to hear any advice at all or what worked for yall! he also has a problem with not wanting to eat lunch or dinner, and i think it’s because he knows he’s gonna get a bottle and he’d rather have that. i’m hoping taking the bottle away will finally get him to start eating enough. thanks again in advance!!

Cry it out method research

Can someone send me reliable academic and peer reviewed links to research which shows that the cry it out method damages children’s mental health please.
While we haven’t and don’t plan to do CIO, I see so many comments from people stating things like it damages mental and quite frankly really horrible comments to parents asking questions about it without including the scientific evidence. It’s not fair to judge other parents choices.

Dirty nappy

I always change my LO nappy before a feed but recently during night feeds he would poop and then falls asleep once the bottle’s finished. Would you change their dirty nappy with the risk of waking them up? I normally do due to feeling guilty that he’s marinating in his poop😩🙈
