I love my mamas and papas Occaro 2 had an icicle bubba stomp I think it was called with my first and hated it but love the occaro with my little one x

I’ve went for the vennici upline 3 hunter edition!

Went pram shopping yesterday, tried the occaro 2 but it was so heavy and I couldn’t think of anything worse lugging it in and out of the car!!

Nearly went for the silver cross cove 2 but the vennici is the same pram and we got more with the this one than the silver cross accessories wise! X

You’re not gonna find a travel system with a car seat up to 4 years - for it go on the pram it’s an infant carrier which only lasts a year so you’ll be buying two car seats.

Baby just does not sleep at night or nap in the day 😓 and I’m exhausted.

Hi I’m not sure if anyone can help or if anyone has any advice, i will take all the advice I can get. My baby used to be a brilliant sleeper, have naps in the morning, afternoon and then go to bed at 7 and sleep 12 hours without waking up. Now I am the completely opposite end, he will not nap at all completely refuses, the only way I can get him to sleep is in the car but I cannot transfer him without him waking up, i feel like I have to go out most of the day as he gets bored and aggy in the house. He does not sleep at home at all! And getting him to bed don’t even get me started 🄲 no matter what time you put him to bed it takes hours weather it’s 7 o’clock or nine o’clock and then he wakes up so many times throughout the night and you have to go through getting him asleep all again, he then wakes up between 4 and five for a bottle and will always wake up again at 6:30 - 7 and then he’s awake again, I tried the Ferber method for getting him to sleep but it was still taking an hour and my heart couldn’t cope seeing him cry that long šŸ˜• I am so sleep deprived and cannot get anything done around the house, even one nap in the house a day so I could get something done. He used to sleep in the morning once he woke up on the bed for an hour or two and that is when I would get everything I needed for the day done, and have time for myself, but that hasn’t happened for a very long time. He’s nearly 8 months but he’s been like this for about a month now, he’s been through all the usual things like teething and it just isn’t improving! I really am struggling, do I just need to see this out? Or what can I do? I’m considering using someone to sleep train, has that worked for anyone and is there any recommendations? He doesn’t let you cuddle him to sleep or co-sleep because I wouldn’t be against that, but not even that works! 😫I have a partner but he works five days a week and then on the weekends he doesn’t do them as he is tired, so I am always doing the feeds in the night, it just feels like theres no break from it. Also as soon as I get to sleep he wakes up and starts again, every single night without fail! I dont even see the point of going to sleep anymore because it just seems pointless when you are waking up so many times and not getting any decent stretches of sleep 🫠Someone please help me with all the tips and tricks the merrier šŸ¤žšŸ¼ thank you!!! Picture of my little devil attached 🤣

Is it bad that my son is not the centre of my universe

We are 6 weeks in with my little boy. I adore him, he brings a smile face whenever I look at him.
However I do not think he is the centre of my universe.
I am a planet with multiple suns and my son is one of them perhaps one of the bigger ones but he is not the only sun in my life.

Is this unusual to say and feel ?

Is there a difference in intelligence between formula fed and breast fed

Apparently breast fed are more clever and hit their milestones early is this true ???

Breast pumping?

Hi all, question to mums out there who were/are exclusively pumping. When is it a good time to stop? I know everyone is different. However, my baby (4weeks) is currently comby feeding and she will have formula and pumped breast milk in a bottle. I know that the breast milk has a lot of good nutritions but having to pump up to 8 times a day can be a bit challenging. When do you know it's time to start reducing the pumping sessions and eventually stop? FYI my milk supply is not amazing so I usually get about 70-80ml per pump

Sleep

I’m at my wits end. My 6 month old is waking every 1-2 hours needing a feed (breastfed and refuses a bottle) and my toddler is waking for hours on end in the night and will only settle for me. I’m getting to the point of having 2-3 hours of broken sleep a night for the past week and I’m really really struggling. My husband says it’s got to the point we just need to let them both cry but my baby is only 6 months and my toddler is just waking the baby up anyway crying and will just run around upstairs . He won’t settle for dad at all. We don’t have a village and there’s nobody who can help me out during the day to look after them to let me sleep. I just don’t know what to do. I’ve tried just letting my toddler come into our bed but he just lies awake and says he wants to go back to his bed. Tried sleeping in his toddler bed but then the baby wakes for a feed. My husband also hates this as he thinks it’s creating a bad sleep association and making the problem worse long term. Really don’t want to co sleep with 6 month old as we both move around lots in our sleep and I would be too scared . Does anyone have any advice that isn’t co sleeping?
