I haven't started on the vitmain D drops for my newborn yet. She is a week old. Does it matter that I've missed a week? Do I have to start right away or can I wait a few weeks?

It honestly doesn't matter that you have missed a week. I was never good remembering to give them to my first, I'm slightly better second time round, but probably still miss a couple days a week. Don't beat yourself up. Just try to start now and if you forget give yourself some grace. Xx

Preface my experience and opinion only........
I didn't start until week 4, but that's because I was just in the throws of being a new mum and i forgot not because that was the recommendation.
Didn't hurt (so far) its to assist development apparently they don't get as much vitamin D as a breastfed child as they would if they were on formula.
I'm not sure about long term but the way I look at it is that however many years ago people didn't give kids things like that, so I'm sure its fine, but get into the habit.

I give my little boy the drops when I remember which is usually his pre-bed feed but I know I don't always remember! I doubt missing a week will hurt x
Im looking for real life friends

I’m so incredibly lonely. I have two kids and one on the way. I’m a stay at home mom with no adult interaction ever. Even when my husband gets home he just lays around on his phone or plays his pc. I literally have no one. I just moved 12+ hours from home and I don’t know anyone here. I am so extremely depressed and I just know once the baby is here things will only be heavier on me. All I do is take care of the kids and the house. I have no time for myself ever. I have no one.

Currently started taking Slynd … I heard it causes cervical cancer and blood clots it sounds awful. I don’t want to get pregnant again but I also don’t want to put this junk in my body. Has anyone ever taken the pill for years and been OK? Any advice here would be great and helpful. Thank you!!

If I can’t be trusted with my partners phone should I just withhold sex.
I am a teacher my boyfriend pays for ChatGPT so I used up all my free chats so I asked him if I could borrow his phone to finish off my lesson planning he then proceeds to tell me no he can’t trust me with his phone. I get it’s a personal choice to let someone see or use your phone. However it just triggered me in a sense to why can’t you trust me with it? Is there something worth hiding that I can’t see or use your phone? I didn’t say anything I just said okay and walked off. Then I was just thinking like maybe withhold sex and maybe focus on stuff that could build the trust between each other more bc while I don’t care to have the password to his phone but I can’t marry a man that can’t trust me to use his phone for whatever reason (we’ve been together for 5 years now) we don’t have each others phone password which is cool but just when I asked to use it for something and get hit with I’m not trusted is just alarming because the only thing I can think of a person being guarded with their phone is due to them trying to hide something🤷🏽♀️
