My daughter is 2 years and 5 months. She usually falls asleep on her own without any tears or complain but unfortunately she wakes up around 1am every night and would not go back into a deep sleep until 6am. I am honestly tired and confused if I am the only parent suffering from this and if am not then please speak up. 😭😭😭😭

My daughter turns 2 next week and for about 2 months 1/2 we sleep at 6-8am every day and her naps are at 10pm -1/2am

Sounds like she's going to bed too late/over tired.
When does she wake, nap and go to bed?
So we only have this problem at night and it’s only a recent thing. So my son has been feeding a lot at night. Every 2 hours or so and completely emptying both sides before going back to sleep. This means his nappies at every wake up are extremely full. Every time I change him he pees or there is so much in the nappy it ends up all over his back and I have to change his clothes. I have tried a tissue over, I’ve tried putting the new nappy on and pulling the old one from under it (I guess like the knicker trick some of you may have done as kids) and it is still everywhere. I’m already exhausted getting up so often and having to do a full clothing change at night is a nightmare… please help!

My 3 week old takes at least 1-2hrs to fall back asleep after her midnight feed, any tips to get her to sleep quicker? I rock her til my arms fall off, she doesn’t give a shit about white noise and startles herself awake a lot 😩 and any tips on transferring her to her cot without her waking up cos her sweaty head was sticking to my arm would be grand too! Thank you. ❤️

Anyone else get anxiety towards the end of the day knowing their baby is going through a sleep regression? We are trying to sleep train him and night 1 went amazing, while night 2 was worse than the NB trenches.. I can literally feel my heart racing as the clock approaches his bedtime 😭 I don’t know if we should just accept that we are in the thick of it and try to sleep train him later or keep going?? Any advice helps PLEASE!!
(If you are anti-sleep training please scroll past this post as my husband and I have already decided we 100% are sleep training.)
