How to stop contact naps

My 4 month old will only contact nap.
She sleeps in her next to me at night with a love to dream swaddle but during the day will only contact nap, she won't nap if we're out and not often sleeps in her pram.
I always tried to put her down but since 6 weeks old, everytime I put her down she would wake up and not go back to sleep.

How has everyone else done it because I would like to get stuff done now while shes asleep.
She's a velcro baby during the day anyway so I dont get time for anything till my husband comes home.

Following this as I am in the exact same position 🤦‍♀️ needs the contact and motion of rocking and cuddles. Will only sleep on me or in the car!

Have you thought about getting a baby carrier. Although it’s still not easy to get stuff done it makes it a possibility. Although doing stuff may wake your baby up if it’s noisy/movement x

Have you guys tried carriers?! My profile pics shows my baby just chilling while I did dishes and dinner. He wanted to be held but I had stuff to do...he was fine with it.
Also if you don't want them sleeping in the carrier put them down with a full belly...I used to get my boy to sleep with a bottle, currently with his sippy cup of milk. Make sure the room is cool and dark too, that will help the melatonin to flow so she can go to sleep and stay asleep.

This is normal and healthy, as others have suggested have you tried a carrier? If you have a sling library nearby they can get you fitted for one you and baby are both comfortable with, and she can sleep safely in while you’re free to move around

carseat help!

my partners son has come down for the week, he’s almost 6 and still in a high back booster, is this normal? the straps are so so tight on him we struggle to get him in and out and i’m worried it’s squeezing his privates, he is also complaining of it being so uncomfortable. are we able to put him in a booster seat?

How well does your 2 year old sleeps at night time ?

My daughter is 2 years and 5 months. She usually falls asleep on her own without any tears or complain but unfortunately she wakes up around 1am every night and would not go back into a deep sleep until 6am. I am honestly tired and confused if I am the only parent suffering from this and if am not then please speak up. 😭😭😭😭
