Can we talk vaccinations?🙏🏼

Question for the mums 🩷

Are you/have you vaccinating/vaccinated your baby? 💉

If yes, what made you decide to vaccinate? Are you glad you did?

And if not, I’d love to hear your reasons why.

No judgement either way… just interested in hearing different parents’ thoughts and experiences. 🤍

I'll be fully vaccinating my girl, want to help protect her from illness where I can

I’ll be fully vaccinating my girl also, I don’t understand why people don’t, why take the risk?!

Yes. Vaccines are thoroughly tested and protect not only the individuals who receive them, but public health in general.

Are scientific processes and healthcare perfect and free from the corrupting influence of profit motives (even within the NHS)? No.

Are they better than they've ever been before in human history? Yes.

I feel incredibly lucky to be bringing a child into a world where measles and tetanus are just names for vaccines and not causes of death. I feel even luckier to be in a world where children learn about smallpox as a feature of 'the history of medicine'. That's remarkable. Thanks, Edward Jenner, Louis Pasteur, and every scientist who has come after them and saved countless lives. ❤️

Im not going to.. no judgement on those who choose to either! I just in my belly and maternal instant really don't feel it's the best thing to do for my daughter and there's a good few reasons why.
I'm just not convinced they're all that healthy for you 🩷

Yesss! 1000% Trust science! We are lucky that we live in a world with life saving vaccines. There is no actual evidence/research that says that any vaccines are not safe

Stopping bottle

My 2.5 year old is still drinking the bottle( normal milk) which I know he shouldn’t but it’s only once at night to sleep as I have a 4 month old and it’s difficult to put them both down, how do I stop the bottle?

15 months behaviour

Hey mums. I am struggling bad with my little girl at the moment. she is going through a stage where she will scream at anyone who looks at her. She’s also biting people and biting herself when she gets angry or gets told no. Definitely the terrible twos come early.

Breastfeeding

I have a 3 week old baby who is breastfed only but seems to cluster feed and seems really unsettled most times. I know shes getting enough milk and is also gaining weight but the constant crying is frustrating and makes me want to cry. I am trying to feed her more upright so she is not laying down and also keeping her upright after feeds but any advice? As I feel like im failing as a mother 😢

He’s also been unemployment for almost a year. I’m so sick of his shit.
