Postpartum

I can feel postpartum stealing my son’s early stages from me. I feel like I’m missing out on so much but I mentally just can’t do it sometimes. I don’t know what’s wrong with. I just hand him off to my husband constantly and go wash bottles, pump, clean the house or take a nap.. I wanted to be a mom my entire life.. but how the hell am I suppose to get over this postpartum depression/ anxiety stage so I can actually enjoy this..

Beautiful baby boy! Who loves his mommy. But babes you have to go out. You need to walk outside and get some fresh air. Take the kiddo with you, and walk. Sing to him. Speak life into him and yourself as you talk to him

The only way I can get my self out of postpartum depression is making sure I get out of the house everyday. Spending time with my husband and constantly going on walks/going window shopping has helped so much!

You’re lucky to have a husband that can take over when you need a break. I recommend that you speak to your OB & get on antidepressants. Don’t be afraid to ask for help.

Agree with the above what helped me both times was walking outside, going to the gym, and getting out of the house with both baby and hubby
