Hi, I’m 24 weeks pregnant with my 3rd baby, my pgp is actually insane. It was always bad with my other two but at around 28-30 weeks. It started around 20 weeks, did anyone else experience it this early? And any recommendations?

Hey.. I completely feel your pain, I’m really struggling I hobbled in to my midwife told her how I was struggling she referred me to physio so maybe best speaking to you midwife 🙂

Yes. I had physio and acupuncture privately. Better by 8 months but still had to lie down regularly.

Yeah in my first pregnancy i had this from 20 weeks, it was horrific. Had to even miss midwife appointments because i physically couldn’t get out of bed. I got a pregnancy belt and that helped a bit, but nothing really offered relief until the day my boy was out😆

I ha sit from 15 weeks this time round. Got to point u could literally hear my bones grind when I moved. Soeak to midwife she may be able to refer u to physio. That helped me a lil bit. If not have a nosey on u tube they have some pelvic girdle exercise videos xx

I’ve been referred to physio but I’m also going to a chiropractor that was recommended by my midwife. She has been a life saver! It can become expensive but if you can do it I’d highly recommend. My chiropractor picked up at the fact that I was completely out of line due to the intense pain on my right side and corrected that. I’ve never known relief like it!

We had our 20 week scan (21 weeks pregnant) they explained that during the scan they saw a low lying placenta. I’m worried that I might be forced to have a section and we have been advised to avoid sex? We haven’t been very intimate for the last few weeks due to being uncomfortable and a lower sex drive than before however our next scan is November and trying to figure it out?!

I’m 36 weeks and CONSTANTLY constipated. I’ve literally tried everything and I can not poop to save my life. My stomach hurts soooo bad. I feel like I’m going to shit myself but then I try to use the bathroom and I’m so backed up that I can’t. Now my freaking butthole feels like it’s turned inside out and there’s so much pressure from my hemorrhoid. I’m so over this 😭 I just want to feel normal again man. I love my babies but I absolutely hate being pregnant. I’m so miserable 😭

Okay so maybe tmi but my period has NEVER been regular in my life I am normally 42 day cycle. My last period was June 12 so based off that and getting pregnant during my ovulation window my obgyn guessed originally I’d be due March 19… we had our first ultrasound and the tech said I was actually due April 5… has anyone ever had a 3 week difference I am kinda over thinking this and worried about baby

Honestly feel like I am geriatric some days! I have never been the most flexible, but with the baby I am sitting a lot less than I used to in my desk job. So I don't understand why I just ache all the time. My shoulders and back are the main culprits, but my quads and hip flexors are also bad. I know I probably need to start a stretching routine, it's just another thing to squeeze into nap times and never feels quite important enough!
Anyway wondering if anyone else is experiencing this? Or is a physio or PT and can give me some advice or accountability!
