My 7 month old has been going through Iām guessing a sleep regression for 3/4 weeks now. Every night heās been waking up hourly, Iāve been the GP for him to get checked incase and nothing is wrong with him medically but I am EXHAUSTED, heās EBF and we co-sleep but I have a 3 year old as well and as much as my husband deals with him the most at the moment I just worried my toddler is getting the shitty version of me as Iām just so tired with the zero sleep.
Iāve tried cutting down to 2 long naps
Iāve tried keeping in 3 naps
I monitor his wake windows during the day
Iāve tried bath time before bed
I check heās not too hot or too cold
He has white noise on, low nightlight
I honestly donāt know what else I can do but almost a month into it Iām almost at breaking pointš« š¢

I'm so sorry š sounds like you are doing great. We are in a similar situation with a sleep regression but its not every hour.
Fingers crossed it ends soon š¤

Sounds really tough. Have you tried no night light and not monitoring wake windows so you can go completely off his cues?
I tried no night light last night and it made no differenceš I went off his cues only yesterday and tbh last night was probably the worst night Iāve had with him

Try doing it for a bit longer maybe? Hopefully this ends for you soon, ive been there and that level of sleep deprivation is absolutely awful x
Iāll try again today as it canāt get much worse can itš« šµāš« x

I think else going through that too
I am 10.5 months postpartum and still breastfeeding. I have spent the last 5 years pregnant, postpartum, or nursing. We lost our first son during childbirth from a tragic accident. We now have two rainbows who keep me very busy taking care of them. Just wondering how long it took you to start to feel like yourself again? Did anything specific help you get there quicker?!? Any advice is greatly appreciated!

My 7 month old is in a floor bed, which works amazingly at home. We go on holiday in a few weeks where I'll be sharing a double bed with him (there is a travel cot available but he's never really slept in a cot so I don't want this to be our only option as I'm not convinced he'll sleep in it).
The double bed obviously won't be on the floor....what are makeshift budget ways (that actually will stop a rolling around 7 month old) that can stop him rolling out of the 3 open sides without having to spend money on 3 side bed rails?
Any tips welcome x

Anyone else have a little one ( 1 week old) who is great during the day, sleeps so well, can be put down to sleep and is fine on bottles.
Evening/late night comes and all she wants is to sleep on us and definitely seems a bit windy/struggling to poo even though sheās been fine on the bottles throughout the day

Do you or have you gave melatonin to your child(ren)? Iām considering it for my soon to be 4 year oldā¦. Iāve tried putting her to sleep at 7pm but she doesnāt fall asleep until after 10pm. Weāve tried taking her outdoors during the day to burn her energy but nothing works. Getting desperateā¦

Anyone else feeling physically and emotionally drained now? How do you do?
Controversial opinion but I found it a lot easier to care for baby when she was a tiny newborn, all was new, still running on adrenaline and she was sleeping during the day! Now that she is 3 months old, it's hard and it never stops.
I feel I have been "on" for the past 3 months and now reaching my limit. Anything will set me off, I have no patience with baby and keep arguing with hubby.
Am I alone feeling like this? Any tips? Will it get better?

So my boy is 2 weeks 2 days. The first week he slept fine in his bassinet now he will not sleep without touching me! And scream if I put him down. Does anyone safely co sleep or find a way to help them sleep without you? I get super anxious about co sleeping.
