So my boy is 2 weeks 2 days. The first week he slept fine in his bassinet now he will not sleep without touching me! And scream if I put him down. Does anyone safely co sleep or find a way to help them sleep without you? I get super anxious about co sleeping.

We have safely bedshared, the Instagram account “happycosleeper” shares lots of free resources and I read the safe sleep seven book. It’s completely normal for your baby to want constant touch/ contact :)

I went through the same thing but things changed when I put my little one in a sleep sack. Love to Dream sleep sacks are amazing!

I’ve co-slept with both of my kids from day one. Between breastfeeding and them loving mommy's warmth, it’s honestly just been the most convenient choice for us. Even while asleep, that natural mother’s instinct keeps me hyper-aware so I never roll onto them though the anxiety is definitely real! People often suggest swaddling, but I've always avoided it because of the overheating risk. At the end of the day, every baby is different, and you just have to do what works best for your family.

Go on the lullaby trust website, I didn’t co-sleep with my first but my second I had to from when he was 2 days old and I followed their guidance, he’s almost 8 months old now and we are still co-sleeping safely xx

I am 10.5 months postpartum and still breastfeeding. I have spent the last 5 years pregnant, postpartum, or nursing. We lost our first son during childbirth from a tragic accident. We now have two rainbows who keep me very busy taking care of them. Just wondering how long it took you to start to feel like yourself again? Did anything specific help you get there quicker?!? Any advice is greatly appreciated!

I feel like a lot of the postpartum experiences I see online are often negative. And I completely understand why — sharing those experiences is so important because it brings awareness and reminds other moms that they’re not alone if they’re struggling.
But I’d also love to hear more of the positive experiences! I don’t want to go into postpartum expecting the absolute worst because of everything I’ve seen online.
Does anyone have a positive postpartum experience they’d be willing to share? Or know of any influencers/creators who share more positive postpartum experiences? I’d love some recommendations!

Anyone else have a little one ( 1 week old) who is great during the day, sleeps so well, can be put down to sleep and is fine on bottles.
Evening/late night comes and all she wants is to sleep on us and definitely seems a bit windy/struggling to poo even though she’s been fine on the bottles throughout the day

Do you or have you gave melatonin to your child(ren)? I’m considering it for my soon to be 4 year old…. I’ve tried putting her to sleep at 7pm but she doesn’t fall asleep until after 10pm. We’ve tried taking her outdoors during the day to burn her energy but nothing works. Getting desperate…

The car seat & travel cot/pushchair are all in decent condition. I paid just over £200 for it & was hoping to sell it.
I've posted it on FB but no luck. I'd really like to make a bit of money but it's unfortunately looking like I'll have to give it away for free.
What have you guys done with yours?
