did anyone NOT take vitamin D tablets in pregnancy and everything was fine? I’m stressing as I’m 34 weeks today and have only JUST been told by my midwife I’m supposed to be taking vitamin D tablets everyday😐😐😐this is my first and I honestly had no clue.

I live in the UK and here we’re all vitamin D deficient, just took a little bit more than what I usually take. Don’t stress, just start taking now and get your vitamin levels checked when you have your post baby appointment

I’m lucky if I can keep down a prenatal vitamin. Most days I can’t sadly so I’m not stressing about the extras. I had the same problem with my first pregnancy and the baby was born healthy with no problemsx

You're supposed to take vitamin d when you're not pregnant as well. I am not sure what would be not fine. I think they can go over the risks of vitamin d deficiency with you.

Are you in UK? They don’t have much sun, so people there (men and women) are majorly lacking in VitD and so are advised to take it, esp when pregnant and then for baby too. We have SO much sun here in Aus that our gov doesn’t give that advice, 20m of direct sun a day gives us enough VitD (as well as through diet- oily fish, eggs etc) so Aussies usually don’t need that extra VitD. But you can’t change what you don’t know. Now that you know, start today xx (and drops for baby when born too. If UK) Prenatals should have some VITD as well as everything else so if are were taking that, should be okay

I didn’t take it with either pregnancy and have two healthy babies. I don’t even give them a multivitamin now 😅😂
I keep hearing and reading about people working from home while looking after a baby or toddler.
No judgement, I’m just genuinely curious about how you manage this?!
What type of jobs do you have? And do your work place know you do it?
Also what is your reason for doing so, not wanting child in nursery or not being able to afford to?
I work from home, in a finance role and couldn’t imagine to be able to do both.

I’ve been taking sertraline for around 3 to 4 months. Since taking them I feel like I’ve completely lost my sex drive. I really don’t know what to do. Has anyone else had the same? How did you fix it?

Include me! If I don’t drink coffee one day, my day hasn’t even started yet! 😃😃☕️
Tell me I’m not the only one! 😂

My mom was married for around 5 years when I was under 10 to an abusive narcissistic man. He recently died (condolegrations to me) and I'm struggling to figure out how to categorize my relationship with this person. What term would you use?

I’m really looking for honest opinions! I wanna know if this app has worked for anyone. I’ve always had a really hard time making friends. I am neurodivergent and I’ve struggled to fit in let alone make friends. I really wanna try something different and that’s why I downloaded the app, especially now that I’m a mom, but I genuinely don’t even know who I am now so how do I make friends? Would genuinely love to hear some of y’all’s stories/suggestions!!!
