Aside from nutrition, health and habits, what were things you immediately thought about to make sure you have a great pregnancy?
Any good pregnancy apps that were exceptional about baby development, pregnancy facts info and so on?
I feel so happy and overwhelmed at the same time about what needs to be planned and done 🤗

Stay active, keep walking right to the end.
Don’t overbuy clothes. You’ll get swamped with them when baby arrives.
I loved the pregnancy+ app for development and visuals every week.

i enrolled in a prenatal fitness program to help prep my body for labor and post partem! i also enrolled in therapy to get a hold on my labor fears

I liked the what to expect app. Definitely what the other ladies have said, stay active and maybe try some exercises to help you prep for labor. I did pelvic floor exercises, nothing too crazy, and I believe it helped. Also, make sure you have a water bottle you like. Stay hydrated

I like the what to expect app. It’ll show how big baby is and some pregnancy things and baby development things each new week.
Thank you ladies so much! I noticed in this app everyone has their own contributions to motherhood because of unique experiences and supporting one another but as a whole make advice so much more human and doable.

Start hypnobirthing! No matter what kind of birth you’re planning for it helped me stay calm, get in the right headspace every trimester, and be ok with the change in birth plan I didn’t consider

I used Flo and they were great! As a provider I also made a pregnancy guide book on Amazon if anyone is interested please message me! It includes what to expect week by week and also what to expect during OB visits.
And then prenatals, and stay active and hydrated!
Has anyone had anything like this? Baby’s tummy is measuring bigger than everything else and looks huge so I’m slightly worried!

I'm 27 weeks pregnant, I have type 2 and gestational diabetes. I got pregnant via IVF. I'm on blood thinners as high risk for clots.
I've got to have baby girl early due to the GD (even tho my blood sugars are controlled, not taking insulin and my type 2 diabetes had reversed before getting pregnant due to 9 stone weight loss). They've said I'll have to have her from 38 weeks. This is my first pregnancy to full term so the likelihood of me going into labour naturally before that point is quite low and so my options are either an induction or C-section.
I think I've made up my mind to go for an elective C-section but wanted to hear others experiences where the situation is similar.
Thanks ♥️

I'm currently 6+4 weeks pregnant and we've had our first scan today. The gestational sack was there, and heartbeat was visible but the embryo only measures just 4mm and the heartbeat was only 105 bpm. We were told the embryo is basically measuring 3 days younger (6+1)and we should come back in 10-14 days for another scan. I'm slightly worried now whether everything is ok...
Did anyone have a similar experience and it turned into a healthy pregnancy and a healthy baby?

Is a medium suitcase too big to take to the hospital? it will have everything but snacks in it. With my second I took a hand luggage for myself and a baby bag for baby but it was annoying having two separate bags and it won’t all fit in a hand luggage
