I have a tote bag purse that I put baby stuff in. I don't do a diaper bag. I had one as a first time mom and found it unnecessary. Might be needed if you bottle feed though.

I use a backpack as the daily driver(: works for all my own personal items, portable diaper mat with diapers tucked inside, wipes & a spare set of clothes for my son and can hold extra goodies like a book and some toys
when we go to our local amusement park I transfer my diaper stuff & my wallet into a messenger bag cause my backpack has a bunch of keychains and trinkets on it that make the metal detectors go off lmfaoo

i just use a bookbag, two pockets:)

I just used a large handbag, not a specific nappy bag.

I have both! I change bags depending on what we're doing. The backpack is good if I need to take a full bag with everything I need. But I also use a satchel type bag that is better for shorter trips like to the grocery store, when I only need a couple diapers, wipes, and a bottle. Ive also used just regular purses as well

Backpack, best thing ever, got room for extra clothes, snacks, notepad pencils, stickers, tissues, antibacterial wipes, hand gel, keys, little purse with cash, painkillers, tampon, water bottles, small towels
I love my daughter more than anything. I would do absolutely anything for her, and I know this is just a hard day⊠but fuck, I hate this.
I just cannot get a minute to myself.
The ONLY time she stops crying is when sheâs breastfeeding. Half the time sheâs not even feeding - sheâs just using me as a pacifier. Ironically, she wonât actually take a pacifier. Formula gives her the shits and makes her belly grumble, so I canât even have someone else take over a feed and give me a break.
My partner is at work. âWhy donât you ask your mum to come over and help?â
Help how? She wonât stop crying for her. I donât need someone to do my washing or make me a cup of tea. I just want to be able to put a dummy in her mouth or put her down in her bed and have ten fcking minutes where nobody needs me.
I miss having adult conversations. I miss seeing my friends. I miss doing my skincare. I miss being able to brush my teeth without thinking, âI need to get to sleep RIGHT NOW before she wakes up again.â
I miss having a moment where my body and my time feel like they belong to me.
I love her so, so much. I know this stage wonât last forever. I know there will be easier days.
But today is fucking hard.
Iâve never felt so broken

Iâm curious about real life experiences rather than just the official recommendations! How old was your baby when you first let them watch something, and how much did you allow?
Any regrets about starting too early or wishing youâd started sooner? Has anyone noticed anything surprising, either positive or negative, that went against what youâd been told about screen time?
No judgement at all, just genuinely curious about everyoneâs experiences! â€ïž

Hey! I am nearly 28 weeks pregnant with my first and haven't decided if we'll set up babies room before she arrives or when she's here?
I would love advice from people who have been there.
My thoughts are why set up a room and lose a guest room if she wont use that room for at least 6 months?
But my other thoughts are...
1. Will it be harder to paint and build furniture with a baby?
2. Will the house feel more organised/newborn life be easier if all her bits have a place in her room rather than scattered?
What did you do? and would you do it differently now you've lived it?
TIA x

Curious as to when we start leaving our babies to wake up by themselves during the night??.
My little girl is six weeks and (touch woodđȘ”) has always been a great sleeper. I am still waking up during the night to wake her up for a feed as she would sleep all night if I let her.
Sheâs currently on 150ml every 3 hrs and 180ml before bedtime. She has had a good weight gain and perfectly healthy?? Should I just leave her till she wakes up herself?? Whatâs everybody elseâs experiences?? đXxx

How do we feel about communal changing rooms at swimming baths? We took my son to a lovely little local pool, the staff were amazing with him and he loved every second but the changing rooms really put me off. Men and women are separated but thereâs no privacy and itâs a tiny room? I think this is a deal breaker but my husband says iâm being a bit dramatic- heâs not the one taking him though!

I brought up possibly wanting one after Iâm done breastfeeding. Iâve breast fed all 3 kids and when this baby is done I would want to get it. My boobs changed a lot from breast feeding I think they are uneven & saggy now. I wouldnât get huge ones just natural but my husband says he doesnât like that and itâs âfakeâ. I told him it would just to make me feel good in my own body but heâs really against it. What should I do?
