C-section

I've had 2 planned c sections with my 2. Unsure how an emergency one is different for recovery. I'm sorry. I know my friend just had an emergency and they cut her vertical (up and down) and she's been asking me about pain around her incision. She's already been checked by her OB with ultrasound and scans to rule out anything. Hope you recover well ❤️‍🩹

My due date was the 4th and I just had an emergency c section on the 5th. It was traumatic, especially after laboring for a long time with and unplanned induction, and it was really hard for the first 48 hours. I’m feeling a bit better emotionally though, especially because me and baby are both healthy! Physically my abdomen is so sore when I first stand up and hurts SO BAD when I cough, laugh etc. I’m trying so hard to rest but there’s a lot to do right now! How are you doing and healing?!

Just had one on the 2nd and it definitely was traumatizing. went in wanting all natural and ended up w a few complications. I was so scared. Recovery has been so hard but i’m realizing it really does get better and better each day. so blessed me and baby girl are both healthy and okay.
