sleep insomnia at 35+1 weeks

is anyone else struggling with insomnia rn?
the last few nights I haven’t been able to fall asleep until at least 5/6am & then I’m waking up only a few hours later. so over the past few days I’ve basically only had 10 hours (ish) sleep in total🫩it’s 6am rn and I’m SO tired but I just can’t sleep. It’s driving me insane, I’m usually waking up at this time😩🤣

Baby is measuring big - what are my birthing options?

Hey ladies :) I'm 33+4 today and I had a growth scan and they've said baby is measuring big at 96th percentile. This has been the case since 20 weeks but now they've referred me to a consultant to discuss birth options etc and I have to do the gestational diabetes test again (it was fine last time) and I'm just stressing out now 😩 I'm a first time mum and I'm feeling overwhelmed because I'm hearing so many different things. People keep saying that the weight stuff is usually inaccurate, so I'm trying to take things with a pinch of salt. Has anyone had a similar experience and can give any advice?

1st time mum

Hello, I am 38+3 weeks and worried about induction as I have heard that most of the induction turns into emergency C section. My midwife says they will book me for induction on the next appointment if I don’t go into spontaneous labour, someone told me it’s better to just go for C section, now I am so confused and don’t know what to choose.

Is Labour near ?

Hiya ladies
So my due date is 28th September this is my second baby (my first was a c section but I still experienced contractions and water breaking as she came a week early at 39 weeks -baby was still breech)

Now with this pregnancy it has been completely different thankfully baby is head down - now ive been experiencing a lot of back pain and pelvic girdle pain since 32 weeks however for the past week (I’m now 37 weeks) I’ve been having diarrhoea, insomnia, nausea and back pain with my stomach going hard sometimes and lighting crotch

I’m a bit worried as I’m high risk and have been told to come in as soon as there are any signs of Labour however apart from getting all these symptoms I still haven’t lost my mucus plug

Any advice ?

Also to mention with my first I didn’t realise I was having contractions till I got to hospital 5 hours later and them checking I’m already 5cm

Do you sleep with a fan in your face while sleeping? I’m trying to see something lol.

I sleep with the fan directly in my face. I know it’s not good to do it can make your mouth and nose dry. But, I do it anyway. My husband hates the fan on him. I can’t sleep without it I love the sound too. He will sometimes sleep on the other end of the bed lol.

5th Wedding Anniversary

What do I do/get for my husband? It's our anniversary on Saturday, but we have 2 small children so won't be able to physically go out and do anything fun or have dinner just the 2 of us. (We may still go out as a family if the weather is nice!)

I wanted to get him something but he isn't really a gift person, he never or wants needs anything.

He's a foodie though so I might buy him his favourite cake. But that feels boring.. maybe its fine, I don't know

Does anyone have any ideas?
