Found out on Monday that I’m pregnant at 3w + 3 - super early! I’m finding it so hard not to tell people already! I want it to be a surprise later for my friends and family but I’m so excited!

tell people whenever you’re ready! there is no magic number to wait! x
I found telling a handful of people has helped me! It’s super exciting but my partner wants to wait till 12 weeks to tell the majority. But, because I’m quite social and I regularly play sport, I’ve had to tell some people so not to lie to them, that was exciting but it would’ve been nice to be able to have something to show them (like 12 week scan). Maybe tell a handful of your close family and friends if you don’t want to fully keep it a secret, they can support you if you feel unwell in the first trimester too!

Congratulations! I also think it's important to tell a few very close people now so they can support you in any way they can. I did the same (I'm at 6 weeks now). And planning to tell the wider friends and family group once I'm halfway through my second trimester. 🤗

Any tips on surviving the first year after having a baby?
I know weekdays are gonna be super busy with office work and household chores while taking care of baby. Weekends will be mostly resting at home. Even if i wanna go for a holiday, i may have to think a lot about it. What about me time and my interests? Any tips on surviving the first year after having a baby?

Are you more scared to have another baby the more kids you have?
Not sure if it’s me but I have 2 and the idea of another baby terrifies me! Not the baby itself but the pregnancy, labour, post partum. I feel like i now understand it’s all chances and luck how it goes and I feel like doing it twice is enough stress. I had a bad birth experience and a good one. Not sure I’d like to find out the in between experience 😂

First trimester blues
The first trimester literally sucks, I’m nauseous and exhausted all day and I feel like a vegetable. I just want my body back..

Do not want to eat!
Any advice? I’m currently 25 weeks and I’m so un interested in food. After being so so hungry leading up to this I’m so confused. I’ve been struggling a lot with acid and still having sick days etc but even on days I’m fine I really have to force myself. Any one else struggling?
