I got pregnant after 7 months of my csection

I had a c section with my first and got pregnant about 4 months later now I have another girl who is 1

I got pregnant 9mos pp. I had a csection 12/2019, 2/2024, 11/2025 and 5/2026. My 1st three csections were uneventful and no issues but #4 I had placenta previa accreta and had to have a c-hysterectomy. I really didn't have any other issues but obviously losing your womb could be devastating for someone though. I was actually ok with it as I'm 43, removing the uterus, cervix and tubes prevents many cancers and future female problems, and this was my 5th baby in 6yrs(our 2nd was stillborn) so our family is complete and mama's body needs to recoup!

I became pregnant 4 months pp after my first c section 🙋
My stomach and pelvis hurt a lot with my second pregnancy.
How many mommas have had more than 3 c-sections? I want to have another baby but I’m a little nervous about the c section part. All my pregnancies were perfect with no issues I just had to have c sections for all.

I’m 38 weeks and at my appt she said baby’s head down but facing my side. I’m convinced he’s not head down as I can feel so much at the sides of my bump
