Dealing with tantrum advice

Moms, I could really use some advice on handling tantrums. 😭 My daughter gets REALLY upset when I tell her no or don’t let her do something she wants. She’ll get angry, cry, and become very agitated. I try to stay calm and explain things to her, but sometimes it’s hard to know what the best response is in the moment.

What do you guys do when your little ones have big tantrums? What actually helped you get through this stage without making the situation worse? ❤️

Just take deep breathes. I just remind myself that their little ones with big emotions and sometimes you just have to let them feel those emotions and cry because they aren't quite sure how to handle them yet. Try to see if there is something you can do to help them regulate those big emotions like a hug? "Would a hug make you feel better" ?. Make sure you set your boundaries also like we aren't do that right. They get lost at the word No. I try to refrain from using that and kind of go around it in different ways while explaining why we just aren't doing whatever it is. Find alternatives, things you can do in that moment 🤎

Take deep breaths and just give her an alternative, something that CAN be played with, etc.

Colostrum

Started harvesting my colostrum last night. I managed to get 1ml from one breast (could’ve collected more but as it was my first time I didn’t want to overdo it) but when I went to collect from the other breast I got nothing, only a little drop. Is it normal to get more colostrum in one breast than the other?

Pram vs boot.

I need some help. I have a lil Fiat 500, I absolutely adore my car, and I really really dont want to have to get a new car. but my partner is saying there's no way im gonna find a pram that will fit in my boot 😭 does anyone have a fiat 500 and what pram do you have thay fits in the boot? 🤍

Getting baby to Nap without it having to be On Me…
