When you get a scan too early...

When you get a scan too early because of bleeding and you need to go back in 2 weeks for another one what do you do if your bleeding within those 2 weeks?

Reduced movements during flu/cold?

Today i found out if you have the flu or a cold you feel really under the weather and just want to lie down and rest - our babies do the same thing, their movements may be reduced because they are reserving energy, didn’t know this before but it puts my mind at ease as i had the worst flu over the past week at 37 weeks and baby girl was quite quiet ❤️🥰

He's here 🩵

Born some time after 3pm (I think 😭), weighing 9lbs. Rough C-section though, had to do spinal twice, threw up, they had to make a new incision and cut through muscle and finally they had to get rid of some scar tissue. They did need a vacuum to get him out

Low PAPP-A advice

I’ve just had a call from my midwife following from my 12 week scan on Wednesday saying I have low PAPP-A and have been advised to take aspirin every night, she didn’t seemed too concerned but I obviously have been googling everything and have sent myself down a hole.. anyone else had PAPP-A and everything was ok? My scan was on the 47th percentile at 12 weeks.
Any advice or reassurance would be greatly appreciated.

Maternity triage

Hey ladies. Does anyone find it really difficult to know when to go to maternity triage for the movements. I'm 37 weeks now. Should the movements be exactly the same everyday? As apparently if they are different at all you should go in, however let's be real they are different some days. I feel like I will end up with an induction if I'm so paranoid about movements. Something I would prefer not to have. I am sitting in triage now waiting to speak check everything is okay, whilst baby is moving around just fine. However the movements have been different. This morning she didn't move until around 11am. Usually she moves a lot in the morning. Is there anything that anyone follows or if the movements are different do you just go in?
