Don't let anyone put you off from checking your baby out. Always go with your gut. I had this towards the end with my second. She was in fact not moving and I was admitted after. Doctor said these things happen. My husband said not to worry. I didn't listen to either men and I went back the following morning to the labour ward.

I find my lil one is opposite to me. If I have a very busy day and moving lots they like the movement and sleep a lot, then will be up at night when I’m sleeping. If I have a more restful day lil one will be moving a lot more, but will then sleep when I’m asleep at night. Have you noticed any corporation with your movements? Also if I have any caffeine (which I try to avoid) at all baby is way more active, or sugar, sugar also makes baby move more x

I had this on Wednesday, day before I was 26 weeks. I was asked to go and get his heart rate checked in hospital and it was all fine. He barely moved still the rest of the day but then went back to moving loads the next day. I was told to call back if it kept happening so maybe keep an eye on movements and if you're still unsure call them again.

I feel like they should have still got you in just to check, I felt this way at 25w and I still went in and they monitored baby’s heartbeat with Doppler which gave me some reassurance

Our bub is exactly the same (28+3) She will have super active days (especially on the weekends) and then quieter days, it’s absolutely terrifying and I feel so anxious about it! I found lying on my side, having something sweet and a cold drink often triggers her to wriggle though
No shame at all in calling triage, they’d much rather be safe and get things checked out than worrying 💕 I also noticed a pattern with if I was more anxious, she was quieter! I’ve been a few times now and the team are always so lovely

Guys I went it when I rang up and they checked baby over and her heartbeat was strong.. I’ve got to wait for a scan as the doctor wasn’t to check baby as I’ve been having high blood pressure ans been put on tablets xxx

Nausea

Please tell me I’m not the only one!! I have not thrown up at all up until now. I’m almost 28 weeks and out of no where, a smell set me off that bad I threw up?! Not even the worst thing I’ve smelt but it was awful. Just happened out of no where

Toddler nose bleed?

I have a 2 year old son, tonight he was laying in bed for the past hour watching tv- I looked over and he had blood all over his face. He hasnt had random nosebleeds before other than when he hit his nose. Is this something I should be worried about? It stopped before I even noticed it. He isnt wanting me to wipe his nose or look up there but its coming out of one nostril only. Ive never had a nosebleed before is that common?

Post birth bleeding

Hey ladies, I’m not 2 weeks post birth and just looking for reassurance. My bleeding was heavy as normal for the first few days and then died down quite quickly. I’ve now noticed that I can go a day without bleeding and then the next day bleed and lose some small clots, has anyone had anything similar? TIA x

If you needed the spinal done twice for a C-section, did you have any complications down the line?

First off he's here! 3:30pm weighing 9lbs 🩵 it was a rough C-section, needed the spinal done twice, vomited, they needed to repair old scar damage, make a new incision and cut through muscle and lastly needed a vacuum to get little one out. If you had the same issue with spinal, did it cause any complications down the line?

Not checked the HB yet!

I have done with the 2 scans so far and they haven't checked the baby heartbeat so far either at the scan appointment or at the midwife appointment. When do they actually check?
