My baby has been sleeping since his dream feed at 10.30pm and it is now 3.30am - he’s formula fed and putting on weight just fine x

He will tell you when he’s hungry trust me. My baby is also formula fed. He tells me when he’s hungry. They say you don’t have to wake them if they’ve gained their birth weight and putting on weight consistently

7 week old here as well, same thing she went down at 23:00 and I got her up at 04:00 as I could tell she was getting hungry even though she was still asleep. Possibly could have left her longer but didn't want it to get to crying! We do still wake in the day to feed every 3ish hours so that she sleeps longer at night which seems to be working well!

Omg I'm so jealous guys lol! My baby is mostly breastfed with some formula (roughly 1 200ml bottle per day which she often doesn't finish), and she has never slept this long lol. ENJOY IT haha

Don’t wake him xx my girl just slept 9pm-6am and I am shocked!! 9h without a feed🥹😍

Agree with other comments - don’t wake them! Deffo enjoy the sleep. My breastfed baby is 5 weeks old and has been giving us 6 hour stretches at night for the last week or so which has really shocked me since my first born neverrrrr slept this well lol 😅x

No if baby is back to their birth weight and gaining steadily then don’t wake them to feed. If baby was on a lower percentile or faltering growth then I would defo wake to feed. Enjoy the sleep! x

My baby is 10 weeks and is breastfed and has been sleeping for longer, last night he slept for around 6 hours which is the longest he’s slept without a feed and he was fine, I didnt want to wake him as he seemed fine but I was more concerned he needed a nappy change

My baby is 8 weeks, he often does 5 hours, feed him then he’s back down for around 3/4 hours. He definitely lets us know when he’s hungry 🤣 my husband gives him formula or pumped breast milk before bed then I breast feed him the rest of the night and day xx
So glad I finally caught this on camera!! I’ve asked Google and states can sometimes be normal but never experienced it before my 1st wasn’t like this.
Since taking this video he has done it about 10 more times he does only seem to do it when his tired.

It was breaking my heart tonight to hear our first born cry for almost an hour for me because our newborn is heavily feeding. I don't think I ever cried this hard for him. I know we will find a balance and adjust, but damn... It hurt my heart so bad 😭😭 did anyone else struggle with this? Could be everything and the pain too

Im 2 weeks postpartum and im really struggling, im not saying ive been a saint during our relationship because ive been far from it, I know my partner is struggling to create a bond with our daughter but I feel so alone, ive done every night feed, every day feed and everything else in-between, he does things such as washing bottles etc but i feel like im running on empty, im really struggling with an identity crisis and I feel like an imposter in my own body, it was also a traumatic birth which replays in my mind all day every day and im struggling with that, I do suffer with my mental health but I have never felt more alone then I do right in the moment, I think my partner feels neglected in some way and he believes that I dont make an effort like I used to but how can I do anything when I do feel and look like myself anymore, im honestly really struggling

What does everyone do on holiday when staying in a hotel with a toddler?
Our toddler has had his own room at home since he was a baby, so we’ve never really had to share a room with him. We tried a hotel room when he was younger and it was an absolute car crash. He kept waking up, seeing us and wanting to play! We tried putting him in bed with us and he just thought it was play time bouncing on the bed. We didn’t sleep for a week.
We’re going to Greece in 3 weeks and have booked a suite, but unfortunately the bedroom is open plan with no divider between our bed and our toddler’s bed.
Has anyone used anything to create a bit of separation in a hotel room that actually works? A travel room divider, blackout screen, curtain or anything similar? Would love to hear what you’ve used!

Hi all, my 3-week-old (4 weeks on Tuesday) is mainly breastfed but we’ve been advised to supplement his feeds with a bottle (expressed milk and/or formula). We’ve been doing this for 2 weeks now, he usually has 4 bottles a day up to 90ml one of which is always expressed milk and the others are Aptamil ready to feed milk. Since then, he’s been what I consider constipated as he did not poop for 3 days, pooped and now it’s been 4 days (5 tomorrow) with no poop. He has plenty of very wet, leaking nappies usually 6 or over and his belly is soft. He does strain but settles quite quickly after having the boob. Been told by the midwives that it’s normal for a combo-fed baby to last days without pooping but I’m starting to stress and obsess over it. We’ve been giving him warm baths every night, doing bicycle legs and massaging his tummy constantly to open up his bowel. Has anyone else experienced this and what advice can you give me?
