This happens to me and I just reached 9 weeks :(( the thing that helped me was not napping late in the day so having naps earlier (before 2pm) which is hard bc all you wanna do is sleep, and going for walks. I had to cut out screen time completely for atleast an hour too. Some days just suck and I can’t sleep and I have to suck it up but then the days after are better it doesn’t happen every single day

I also was having sleep troubles the first few weeks, up until now, I’m almost 15 weeks. My doctor started me on b6 and unisom when I told them I was having terrible sleep. (I was waking up 2-3 times in the middle of the night every single night before I started the meds). Not sure if it’s because I’m out of the first trimester or if it’s the meds but yeah, for sure ask, could help a lot!

Birthday party help.. 🇬🇧 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Can I ask the mums in England how much they are spending on birthday parties?

Thinking ahead to January as my daughter will be 6. She wants a class party (only 15 of them) and wants it at her gymnastics club.

They charge £250 for 25 children, 1 hour of gymnastics and then 1 hour in the party room.
No food or anything included.

Is this decent or really expensive?
Would hiring a hall end up being similar?

Only bonus is the gym I won’t be able to decorate much so maybe I’ll save some money on balloons etc but I’ll still need to provide food, party bags etc.

I’ve never done a huge class party before only
Small party’s at home!

Anyone still working at 35 weeks?

I am currently at 35+5 weeks. I have this week and next week left to work but honestly don’t know if I can last ! Finding it so much harder this time having a small child to care for at home as well. We don’t really have anyone who can care for my son either as it used to be my mum but she now has a terminal diagnosis to deal with and understandably isn’t her usual self… Tbh I had stopped trying when found this out so was a bit of surprise and not ideal… hubby is currently working 6/7 nights to save as well so he just as exhausted as I am… but god I just want a full day in bed so bad! 😭😂…
Is anyone else struggling?

1st Miscarriage 😭

Just found out my 11 week old baby stopped growing at 8 weeks 😭 and a heartbeat which can be detected at 6 weeks was absent. 💔

We have a beautiful healthy 20 month old baby girl whom we are beyond grateful for but we were sooo excited to finally continue to grow our family 😭
