IUD fitting and babys?

Im Uk based and have an IUD appointment booked this week. Its my first time having one but ive got a breastfed 4 month old.. did people take their babys with them ? I dint really have anyone to take her and even if i did she dosent take bottles ...

I don't know if timings are different in the UK, but my appointment after my first I was gone maybe an hour and a half, and that includes a 20 minute drive either way. So I fed right before and left milk for a bottle but it wasn't necessary.

the appointment itself only lasts for like 15 minutes so if you try to make sure they’re fed and settled from before, i’m sure you’ll be fine. if you can get someone to come with you for support that’s even better but not necessary!

I've taken my babies to all my appointments. So long as you have a pram/carseat to leave them in so they can be out the way slightly whilst you're having the procedure done but the rest of the time mine have been with me

I'm pretty sure I took my twins with me for my coil fitting, but that was 3 years ago x

Not sure I'm in love anymore

I am 13 weeks postpartum and I keep questioning whether I still love my husband or not. After I gave birth he was supportive but when we got home I started suffering with depression and he was so unsupportive! We've argued a lot, not as much now but I fear the damage is done, did anyone else experience anything simular and fall back in love?

Car seat ??

Hi everyone,
I am going to be a first time mum for a baby boy in December,
We have recently brought a second hand pram in perfect condition; it’s a Babylo panarama XT, we have the car seat adaptors but unsure which car seats are compatible with it, I was wondering if anyone also has this pram?

Secondly,
How useful is it to have the car seat hook onto the pram itself or is it something which people don’t use.
Do I need a car seat compatible with my pram?

Walking

Anyone else’s babies still not walking? 🙃 my daughter was walking at 10 months so I find it so strange looking at my one year old crawling still 🤣

13 month old moody

Am I the only one? My little girl is 12 months next week and she’s just so moody. She does smile and laugh ect but most of the time she’s throwing herself around, having tantrums won’t let me change her won’t let me dress her. I feel like giving up sometimes 😩 does this phase ever end? Am I doing something wrong? Is there any advice?

Sleep regression

I’m seeing and hearing lots about the 4 month sleep regression but has anyone not ever got out of the newborn cycle and still only getting 2-3hour stretches and never got a “down all night”?! The most my LO has slept was 5 hours, ONCE!

Is this going to get worse and go to hourly?!

I am taking it as I am not missing something I’ve never had and just functioning on 2 hr sleep stretches is fine 🥲

Night time

I feel like i keep seeing posts about babies sleeping for 4/5 hours at night in a routine of waking up at 3am and then 7am etc and its making me paranoid 😆

My little one is 4.5 weeks and has zero routine at night, every night is totally different! He still hates the next to me crib, wants to sleep on mine or my husbands chest, ive tried to co sleep but he still doesn't love being laid flat on his back. Some nights it honestly feels like hes awake wanting to feed all night! (Im EBF)

Weve had a few good nights but overall its still minimal sleep 😴

My question is.. am I the only one?! And if so, when did it all start to change and get a little more routiney?

During the day we do contact naps (which honestly, I love!) But should I be trying to enforce more solo sleeping??
