My lo turned up at 34 weeks +1, I just didn't feel right i was at work and I felt more uncomfortable than usual. Then at midnight I woke up to get comfy and then my waters broke 😅. From my waters breaking to him showing up was just under 24 hours of labour but apparently only 4 of those hours was active labour 🙃 😅

I started with irregular mild contractions (they were very east to tolerate, just different than Braxton hicks) evening of me being 39+3, then the next day i was really irritable (more than usual) and veeery hungry, and a very upset stomach :/ 🤣 my waters broke that day at 5 pm and I gave birth after 1am at 39+5

Lost my mucus plug over about a 24h period, then was intense lightning crotch (though my LO was positioned awkwardly) and then the next day I went into labour

Woke up at 4am (39+0) and felt wet down there, 20 minutes later contractions started!
Heyyy ! First time mom here! Due December 9 so slowly but surely the time is coming for baby girls arrival. For the moms who had babies, when did you start prepping your body for delivery? I started do my stretches and getting things ready to soften my cervix. I’m stressing out about it since her dad has been missing since I told him I was pregnant.

Right I need some advice/opinions!
My first daughter is nearly 4 and is desperate for a “real baby” and it’s all she talks about!
Myself and her dad were actually trying for another anyway and have recently found out we are expecting number 2 (only 5 weeks)
When are we telling the first born? She has just asked me if there is a baby in my tummy as I was putting her to bed and I just answered with “maybe one day” 🤣 but not sure how long I can wait!
We originally said we would wait until 12 weeks but feel like she’s going to catch on before then as already sick and very tired!
Note to add - as soon as she finds out everyone in the supermarket will know 🤣🤣

Today is my due date and really thought he would come early as my daughter came on her due date. I don’t know how many times I can deep clean the house, wash my hair and attempt to shave despite being unable to see my toes😅 I am really struggling with the not knowing when it’ll happen/worrying it won’t happen naturally. I think having a 2 year old changes things massively!! Has anyone had a sweep 40 weeks and been successful🫶🏼

I’ve got 4 weeks left yall ♥️ 4 weeks til we become a family of 4. My daughter is super excited, me on the other hand I am a nervous wreck, mainly trying to figure out a baby sitter because when I did the birthing class where I plan to deliver our newest addition they won’t allow anyone under 16 with me :/ which I understand but it kinda breaks my heart, to mommas who have went through it, how did yall handle it? I haven’t really left her for days at a time
