Has anyone used a sleep consultant that they would recommend? I want to try and help my baby (nearly 11 months) to sleep better at night before I go back to work in November. She wakes multiple times and after almost 6 months of this I could really do with some better sleep too 🙏🏻

I haven’t used one explicitly but have used the advice from these coaches. My baby has gone from waking every 30-45 minutes to sleeping much longer, only waking every 1-2 times for a feed.

The first two links are the same coach but two useful posts I used to overhaul my babies sleep.
If you do go with someone you need to make sure they are asking you to track your baby’s individual 24 hour sleep need. Not giving you generic “wake windows” 🥰

Save yourself the money! They will literally just tell you what ChatGPT can tell you. Every single sleep consultant is gonna tell you the same thing and just tell you to let the baby cry for different intervals of time. If your baby is under a year old I really don’t recommend it.

I'd personally start by looking at the whole days sleep, wake windows and routine.
When do they wake, nap and go to bed?
How do they fall asleep?
My boys are 13 months apart. They are 9 and 8 but my 9 year old is in clothes between 10/12 and 14s depending on brand and my 8 year old is in size 8s. But I keep catching my 9 year old wear his brothers clothes then it’s a fight with him and he doesn’t want to take them off I literally have to take them off of him myself and make him put his own clothes on him.
How do I stop this?
Also they share a room and I separate their clothes the best I can.

Baby is 10 days old and cries so bad every time we change his nappy, is anyone else’s little one the same?
Is there anything we can do to try and calm him down?

I just fed my 5 week old some formula ( 110ml ) and normally he burps well but he didn’t so I thought it’s fine. Put him down and he kind of projectile vomited some of the milk, made me panic. I picked him up and tried to burp him, he looked so uncomfortable but eventually settled and now I’m sat up in a chair scared to pop him down! Does that happen to many of you? He’s fast asleep now snoring away ( he snores normally )

Hi, my little girl (2 weeks) sleeps really well in her Moses basket but not so well in the bedside crib. Looking for thoughts on whether I should just take the Moses basket upstairs at night or whether I should push through with the bedside crib, as she’ll have to transition to it at some point anyway. Any thoughts appreciated 😊
