Evening
For those that have dropped the nap - was there a progression towards this?
Mines gone from having 90 mins/2 hours to no nap over the last 5 days. She asks to go up, then bounces in her cot. 5 days 😳
She’s been ok tho throughout the day 4/5 days.
I was expecting it to be a slow decline and not just an all out stop/drop of the nap🤷🏼♀️

Went from a similar nap time to nothing 🥴 she is absolutely fine (most of the time) but I enjoyed the peace 🥲 even if I mention a nap now, she looks at me with a look of disgust that I even said the word.
Just want to get everyone's opinions on jabs for their babies. I would never personally attack someone for their decision but I find whenever I post about this topic I always get personally attacked for having a different perspective. For reference, we as a family don't have them through personal choice, and children are thriving and hardly ever get sick!

Am I the only one covered in mosquitoes bites? I lived in London for many years and never had that many bites before. Now it’s looks just as bad as when I used to live in a tropical country.
Are there any effective mosquito repellents I can buy in the Uk?

Is anyone else the other side of the 4 month regression? Looking for some light at the end of the tunnel! I genuinely don’t know how much more I can take hourly/45 minutes waking and my partner works 13 hour days and no family to come over so I can rest at all :( my LO also has terrible reflux which makes settling him to bed a long process too. I feel so sad and exhausted all the time and just want to run away!
