Omg, I put up a HANDMADE autumnal wreath on vinted with crochet pumpkins to see if I could sell it. Put it up for 7 pounds. The wreath itself is worth 7 pounds for godssake. After literally two minutes someone wants to buy it for 4.50… I just feel like people want temu prices for EVERYTHING. How do we even sell things these days? I’ve thought about making an Etsy crochet shop, but even there sellers have to compete with temu and canva digital products. Feels like there’s no room for actual handmade items to sell for WHAT THEYRE WORTH! I’m a bit baffled tbh. I don’t even want a successful business, I just make things and want to share/sell it, but not taking the piss not even paying for the product itself

Etsy or in person markets might be a better platform for you. Vinted is designed for buying and selling second hand and negotiating prices is part of the appeal of that platform for most people. It's really common practice for people to try and get the cost of shipping taken off the original price. I think it's less about wanting to pay temu prices and often about the cost of shipping (and buyer protection fees on vinted) making something cost way more than the initial price you see so people feel entitled to only pay that much. If you're not happy with an offer you have every right not to take it. It's not necessarily competition from fast fashion but competition from second hand and people just wanting to get rid of things without caring about profit.

Has anyone tried couples counselling and found it helpful? Going through a difficult stage in marriage for a while now and we’re just not able to resolve conflict anymore. I have suggested couples therapy but he’s doesn’t think we need it yet.

In need of friends/stressed struggling
Hello moms. Im so very ashamed to be writing this but would any moms out there wanna talk? Ive been dealing with alot lately and could use some mom friends to talk to. I really dont have many people/ friends.I could also use some help getting a few groceries. I do have a 12 year old who is autistic and he has his safe foods. Ive been to rhe food banks, Unfortunately I'm not mobile at the moment. Please no negative comments, Im working and going to school. I dont get paid for a few weeks Thank you and have a great friday.
