Evening routines

Only bath twice a week (or more if there has been a big poonami 😂), we come up to bed around 7ish (or whenever he shows sleepy cues closest to this time), he gets ready for bed with his Dad downstairs while I set up the room. He comes up and room is already dark, red light, white noise on, astronaut projector light. I breast feed him whilst I sing a lullaby and read a story. Once I've finished the story I say goodnight and turn the astronaut lights off, then I don't interact with him at all and just let him feed to sleep! He is pretty much sleeping through the night 🙂

We bath every other night. So if it’s a bath night we bath, play in the bath, get ready for bed, upstairs, close the curtains, bottle, white noise on, into sleep bag, into crib and she falls asleep herself. Then the night without a bath we do the same routine just starting with getting ready for bed. We start getting ready about 6/6:15 asleep by 7. She usually sleeps till 6:45/7am

Nothing fancy, just change clothes, draw curtains, bottle and rock to sleep with a nightlight on. Sleep between 6:30-7:30

Put her pjs on, take her upstairs, feed her and then put her down. She is a bit all over with sleep at the moment but generally speaking she goes down around 7.30, has 1 wake where she just drinks her milk then goes straight back to sleep and then wakes up around 6.30-7.30, can’t really complain x
