Velcro baby

Should I be concerned I can’t put my 4.5 month old down at all without him crying or waking up? Not for naps, night time sleep or even to go to the toilet 🥲 I know he’s still young but am I making it worse? I’m really not keen on letting him cry it out. Interested to know if anyone else is going through the same?

He has never let us put him down since birth.

My first baby was like this, he’s now a super sensitive wonderful almost 3 year old. Your baby needs your comfort and connection, you’re absolutely not ‘making it worse’. Babies grow independence and safety to explore the world through repeated co-regulation from you. They’re tough babies to raise but it’s absolutely worth it in the long run I promise x

My little girl is a Velcro baby, always been. She’s just turned 1 and is even more in my skin, it’s a pain to leave her with anyone or nursery but I just think she’ll grow so quickly and i might have to be fighting for cuddles, even now I’m fighting for some freedom and space 🥲

My first was like that as a baby. She’s still glued to me now at 3 years old, but goes nursery, stays with grandma, building her own independence. They’re only small, they need warmth and love. Embrace it,they grow out of needing us too quickly.

Has anyone used these bottles?

Was wondering if anyone has used these and if they’re worth it? They’re around £25 a bottle but are meant to good?

Postpartum bleeding

When did everyone's bleeding stop? I am 3 weeks postpartum and everything bleeding wise settled after 1 week. Since one week I have worn a pad throughout the day as ive been having discharge similar to bloody show. MW wasnt concerned when i told her last week however, today I had some lower abdominal pain and have then had some red blood on wiping. Is anyone similar?

Disposable underwear

Hi everyone!
I had baby #1 in Nov 2024 and now due again next month. I had a random question on disposable underwear.
With baby #1 I remember I wore disposable underwear for a week or 2 while I was very heavily bleeding! I used to put a maternity pad on it too for extra cautiousness.
Now I remember my maternity pads were lilets but I cannot for the life of me remember what disposable underwear I had. All I remember is it was black

Anyone able to recommend there’s or perhaps know what I may have used??

Thanks
