I’m wondering if the trainer is supposed to give you new exercises every month or if you’re supposed to do the same workout program every week for a year or so…..my trainer has a stunning body and she claims that she did the exact workout program on repeat every week for a year and a half to be able to get her body that she has now. Please comment your thoughts. I’m wondering if it’s worth it to pay for a 3 month program or if one month is enough if the program is exactly the same because I don’t need check ins.

I think this is a very personal thing. I paid for 6 months because I know it takes me more than a month to get into a new routine. And I've tried working out on my own without success. So I need the accountability. My trainer increases weight every few weeks, modifies exercises as needed, especially if I don't like one... Needs change.. I see her in person one session a month and check in with her through an app several times per week.

When I hired a PT I started to see a difference at 1 month but more noticeably at 3 months. My PT changed things slightly as time went on because sometimes you plateau with your work outs so depending on your goals you may need tweaks with your workouts. Like I needed to increase my protein intake and switch up my bodyweight workouts to break through the plateau and get to my goal of losing the stomach fat and toning up.
Finding it super difficult to make mum friends at the moment! My little boy is nearly 10 months and I haven’t succeeded in anything more than a few messages or if I talk to people in person at a baby class, it’s just a quick small-talk convo and it never goes anywhere! Feeling a bit deflated because I’d love to have a small group of like minded mums to chat to as none of my friends are in the same stage of life as me ❤️
Sorry to sound mopey, just feeling a bit lonely!

So not someone he knew before he met you, just a new person that he met through work, hobbies, mutual friends or whatever, and became friends with.
Assuming the new friendship is the same as his existing friendships, and the ONLY difference is that the new friend is a female

After the baby we had sex a few times in the first few months but now it's probably been about 3 months since we last had sex. I'm 11.5 months postpartum. My sex drive used to be low. It ain't super high now but I want sex but my husband is always tired. Granted he worked shifts and it's been hard trying to find time to fit it in around baby's schedule and his work schedule but now he's off work for a couple of weeks and he just doesn't initiate. Neither do I anymore because I can't be asked with the rejection. So I've resorted to masturbating and a vibrator but I want some real flesh man I'm bursting. I posted on another chat before and ladies said he sounded depressed etc as he doesn't look after himself well with eating and always being tired but how do we get out of this rut? Other aspects of our marriage is good but sex is important and at this point I feel like I'm begging.

I know it’s a little early, but what is everyone buying their little ones for Christmas?
