Mine seems to want to drop to one nap but he keeps waking up super early around 4 or 5am and then wants to nap early too. If I roll with it he’ll nap around 10 or 11. Only for an hour or two max and then be up for the rest of the day. I let him do that today. Yeah. He wanted to go to sleep at 6. I let him. Bad idea. He took a nap instead. Now it’s nearly 10 here and he’s playing. 😑
Tomorrow I’m going to push him to stay awake until 12 noon. Have him nap 12 to 2. Hopefully 3 so he’s good on day sleep and have bedtime at 7. Hope for the best. Wow I’m exhausted.

We moved to 1 nap, but still have some 2 naps days. It’s definitely confusing I’m in the thick of it so don’t have any advice right now other than do what you feel your baby needs & if that’s not right do the next thing 😆

Mine was doing same thing. But I recommend don't push the hours...He will be overtired and he will wake up often during the night. Instead of doing one nap. Do the first nap 30 min. Sample schedule
7.00 am wake up
9.30 am - 10 am first nap
12.45 pm - 2.45 pm second nap
7.00 pm bedtime
First nap schedule usually starts when they around 14 months. Right now they are acting like they want to do one nap but unfortunately their wake windows are not that much :/

My baby was super sleepy at 10 am today after waking up at 7 so I let him nap at 10:30. Hope he sleeps well. I remember it was easy to transition to one nap with my first at this age because he woke up later. Around 8:30/9 am everyday so waiting until 12 noon to nap was simple.
How many times a month in the first year postpartum do you and your husband have sex? (Trying to figure out what the normal range is for partners with a baby!)

Hi all, does anyone have recommendations for a good nappy for nights? 3 month old is sleeping in good stretches but nappies can’t keep up. Tried Aldi and pampers and now on Sainsbury’s and they are great in day but not at night?! Thanks so much

My three month old cries before every nap. He’s fine in the night when fed to sleep, but before every single day nap there is 5-25 minutes of crying. We follow wake windows as best we can but it doesn’t seem to matter whether he’s awake one hour or three hours!
Did anyone else have this, and has come out the other side?

If your partner didn’t force you to go to bed at a certain time, but got annoyed if you went to bed before he was ready or wanted to stay down for longer when he wants to go to bed, would that be considered controlling? Seeing as there’s no forcing involved just getting annoyed by it?

Hey! I’m really interested to hear people’s thoughts/experiences with swaddling for newborns? I’ve heard it’s supposed to be great to keep them relaxed etc but also was told yesterday it’s not a method that they use anymore which is completely new to me!! Any thoughts?

My 6 week old has always slept generally well until about 4am when he starts grunting and crying etc in his sleep struggling with wind. It’s getting so bad he’s screaming in his sleep. We soothe him and then he’ll start again 10 mins later. The only thing that seems to help is laying him on us which obviously isn’t ideal for sleeping.
Any suggestions on anything to help? We’re using gripe water atm but not seeing a significant difference!
