Honestly once I was all healed up from a 3rd degree tear it’s been non stop😭 but my husband and I didn’t have sex for nearly 7 months while I was pregnant and freshly postpartum 🤣
Just have sex when you want to have sex why do you need to put a number on it?
We were trying to have another baby right away after the last 2. So as soon as we could, we did, and non stop.
4 months PP, twice. No energy, no desire.

Hi all, does anyone have recommendations for a good nappy for nights? 3 month old is sleeping in good stretches but nappies can’t keep up. Tried Aldi and pampers and now on Sainsbury’s and they are great in day but not at night?! Thanks so much

Hello! What do you do to stop the baby from rolling off the edge of the bed? Out bed is quite high and LO had now learnt to roll!

Booking 16 week jabs
I had to cancel our 16 week jabs due to illness and my gp keeps telling me that inhealth will be back in contact to rebook them. It’s now been 4 weeks and still nothing.. anyone have any knowledge here?

Schedule/Routine
My LO is 11 weeks and I’m trying to start building a routine, as I’ve noticed her sleep varies. The last couple of days have been really difficult to get her to nap and she’s clearly tired but fights it. I’m wondering if I had more structure in our day, if it would help. She also doesn’t sleep through the night yet. Any recommendations or methods that worked for people? Or is this all normal and I just need to wait it out?

Breastfeeding
Does it actually get easier?
Two weeks postpartum and I’m exhausted. Baby is awake every 1-2 hours feeding and is EBF. I can’t sleep during day as my toddler doesn’t nap and so I feel like I’m running on fumes.
Do you get longer stretches when baby is breastfed? I’ve seen some women say they haven’t slept in years for more than two hours due to breastfeeding!
