My LO is 11 weeks and I’m trying to start building a routine, as I’ve noticed her sleep varies. The last couple of days have been really difficult to get her to nap and she’s clearly tired but fights it. I’m wondering if I had more structure in our day, if it would help. She also doesn’t sleep through the night yet. Any recommendations or methods that worked for people? Or is this all normal and I just need to wait it out?

Very very normal. 11 weeks is still so tiny! See if you can spot any sleep signals like ten mins before a normal nap and catch her then to start winding down and encouraging the nap. How does she nap? Like on you, in a carrier, in her cot?
Sleeping through the night again very very normal and personally I wouldn’t spend your time trying to ‘fix’ that. A better nap schedule might help but also it can really drag you down (take from experience!) so it’s a bit of a ride it out.

Until about 4-5 months they don't develop a circadian rhythm so it's hard to actually have a schedule. Going with the flow and napping any way you can until you've gone through the 4 month 'regression' where their sleep cycles change. Then you can start to form a bit of a schedule.
Thank you ladies ! Shes just had long wake times (2+ hrs) and I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong 😭
Hi all, does anyone have recommendations for a good nappy for nights? 3 month old is sleeping in good stretches but nappies can’t keep up. Tried Aldi and pampers and now on Sainsbury’s and they are great in day but not at night?! Thanks so much

Hello! What do you do to stop the baby from rolling off the edge of the bed? Out bed is quite high and LO had now learnt to roll!

How many times a month in the first year postpartum do you and your husband have sex? (Trying to figure out what the normal range is for partners with a baby!)

Does it actually get easier?
Two weeks postpartum and I’m exhausted. Baby is awake every 1-2 hours feeding and is EBF. I can’t sleep during day as my toddler doesn’t nap and so I feel like I’m running on fumes.
Do you get longer stretches when baby is breastfed? I’ve seen some women say they haven’t slept in years for more than two hours due to breastfeeding!
