I need your help/advice

As long as he's having wet diapers, all is good. Most newborns don't poop everyday and that's even more true for 100% breastfed babies. My baby went a whole week and a half without a poopy diaper once.

Breastmilk had almost exactly what the baby needs so it's common for there to be no waste for a week at a time sometimes. So long as your baby is having 6 wet diapers a day he's getting enough milk.

We had same thing - 3 days in a row with no poo. He was crying and inconsolable. Took him to a&e and after an examination (which was all fine) doctor said they can go 5-7 days without a bowel movement, turned out he was just hungry and he ended up doing a poo end of day 4. Keep doing exercises to help with any possible constipation.

My ebf just went through a 2.5 poop strike. I researched and apparently they’re much more efficient at digesting breast milk, leaving little behind. And I heard it’s impossible for an ebf baby to be constipated. My aunt is a nurse and said it’s all the formula babies she sees in the hospital for constipation. When we switch to ebf she eventually started pooping every day, there isn’t a reason to worry as long as there are wet diapers and they’re not losing weight.

It is normal for a breastfed baby to go up to a week without a poo.
