What position is your baby??

I have an ultrasound scheduled for Wednesday so I'm not sure yet

idk if this helps bc i have twins but one is head down and the other one breech 😭 the main one that needs to be head down bc she’s lowww literally low she’s breech im hoping she flips over soon to avoid c section 🥲

My sons head down but when I go to bed he likes to turn transverse. There’s exercises you can do to flip your baby into the right position like pelvic thrusts, face down butt up off the side of the couch or like downward dog, stand and rotate your hips in a circle. Also it helps if when you sleep with multiple pillows in between your knees/legs at night when sleeping on your side.

You still have plenty of time for baby to turn around! Some take awhile to turn. I'd do some inversions and some exercises to help nudge her in the right directions.

my doctor says they don’t worry too much about position until about 36 weeks! try not to worry too much, you’ve still got lots of time for baby to turn
