My 19 month olds sleep is horrendous! She takes 45mins - an hour to fall asleep and wakes up an hour or so later and then another few more times. I’d say every other night she wakes up in the middle of the night and will be awake for 2-2.5 hours 😩
It’s draining me! She’s waking up more than my 5 month old!!!
She naps for around 1.5 hours at around 12pm.
I don’t even know what to do anymore. Anyone else experiencing something similar?

Yes I’m experiencing similar too. It’s very draining 😩 my boy is only really settling a little better by sleeping with me. But he will still be awake. Last night he was awake for 1 hour at 2:30am. I have no advice but definitely feel your pain and drain ☹️❤️

What’s her wake up time & bedtime?

Could her molars be coming through? My daughter woke up in the night for weeks and it was her molars in the end!
If you haven’t done so already, I put a teddy or 2 in my daughter’s crib and she cuddles them to settle, I’ve found around this age the separation anxiety is bad but a teddy seems to comfort her when she’s drifting off to sleep, especially at night time. X

We had the same thing. We pushed back the bedtime by 15 mins and seems to have helped. It may take up to 10 days for the adjustment to work. Also, reduce day nap to 1 hour

I thought was me alone it’s horrible 😭
How many times a month in the first year postpartum do you and your husband have sex? (Trying to figure out what the normal range is for partners with a baby!)

Hi all, does anyone have recommendations for a good nappy for nights? 3 month old is sleeping in good stretches but nappies can’t keep up. Tried Aldi and pampers and now on Sainsbury’s and they are great in day but not at night?! Thanks so much

My three month old cries before every nap. He’s fine in the night when fed to sleep, but before every single day nap there is 5-25 minutes of crying. We follow wake windows as best we can but it doesn’t seem to matter whether he’s awake one hour or three hours!
Did anyone else have this, and has come out the other side?

If your partner didn’t force you to go to bed at a certain time, but got annoyed if you went to bed before he was ready or wanted to stay down for longer when he wants to go to bed, would that be considered controlling? Seeing as there’s no forcing involved just getting annoyed by it?

Hey! I’m really interested to hear people’s thoughts/experiences with swaddling for newborns? I’ve heard it’s supposed to be great to keep them relaxed etc but also was told yesterday it’s not a method that they use anymore which is completely new to me!! Any thoughts?

My 6 week old has always slept generally well until about 4am when he starts grunting and crying etc in his sleep struggling with wind. It’s getting so bad he’s screaming in his sleep. We soothe him and then he’ll start again 10 mins later. The only thing that seems to help is laying him on us which obviously isn’t ideal for sleeping.
Any suggestions on anything to help? We’re using gripe water atm but not seeing a significant difference!
