My little boy is still in a cotbed and shows no signs of climbing out so we intend on keeping there for as long as possible!
He has a bedtime routine and is happy to get into his cotbed, and then sometimes spends the next 30-60 minutes rolling around his cot, until he eventually falls asleep. He is perfectly happy. But during that time, he takes his sleeping bag off. I’ve tried the togged sleepsuit but he takes that off aswell. So he is then just in a nappy or nappy and tshirt.
I’m getting concerned that as we enter autumn/winter, he will get cold and struggle to get to sleep.
I’m wondering if I should try him with a duvet, but currently if he has anything in his cot with him such as teddies, he just throws them out of him cot like a game, again not upset, just playing. Currently when I go to bed I put him back in his sleeping bag so he isn’t cold during the night, and luckily it doesn’t wake him up!
Has anyone been through this? I’m kind of thinking he will realise that the sleeping bag or duvet is what keeps him warm…

My little girl now 4 loved a sleep bag! My nearly 2 year old can’t stand them! She is also in a cot bed like your little one and I just put a knitted blanket over her bottom half and she’s happy like that. Mind you I do wait till she’s fast asleep and then put the blanket over her x

Just get him a small cozy blanket he can cuddle with and he’ll either use it or you can lay it on top of him. Some kids just get too hot so putting it on them is too much and they would rather be uncovered. My daughter likes kicking off her blanket. So in the middle of the night sometimes we’ll just put it back on top you don’t need a full duvet. Just get a like throw size soft blanket.

Mine has just had the cot converted to the bed and he has a crocheted blanket I made on him at the moment, it's big enough to need to be tucked around his mattress. Otherwise he would through it. Prior to this he was just sleeping in the cot in his PJ's.
We had to convert, he was too tall for the cot rails and it was only by his good grace that he hadn't climbed and fell out xxx

When my daughter grew out of all the sleeping bags (and was going in to a bed rather than a cot) we assumed she'd just use a duvet, but to this day (a year and a half later... she's almost four!) she point blank refuses to sleep under a duvet, so we've always just popped her in a vest, fluffy fleece pjs and warm socks and she just sleeps like that and doesn't seem to get cold. Our house is quite warm so the bedroom sits at around 21 degrees.
Some of my daughter's clothes have become so stained and most of these stains have happened while she's been at nursery.
I am struggling so much to get the stains out!
I feel like if I send her in stained clothes I'll be judged or looked at weirdly like I can't afford to clean her clothes or something?
What do you do with stained clothes?
Does anyone have tips for stain removal? Red/orange food (I know sunlight but we're going into winter where it's scarce). Brown knee stains? Just like dirt stains? And yellow curry stains 😣 help me please

This is my 4 year olds bedroom.
Can anyone recommend a bed that would fit in the room but not take all her space ?
She’s 109cm tall not sure if that makes any difference 👀.
She does not have 2 tvs the video was taken whilst re organising😂

I feel like the worlds worst parent.
My baby is 18 weeks old and has become the lightest sleeper. I have tried sleep training, co-sleeping, feeding to sleep, rocking and patting to sleep but he just wakes up as soon as his head hits the crib. I make sure I he not up to long in the day and go over any wake windows and he lets me contact nap or put him in the najel sleep carrier but that doesn’t work at night. I’m not sure if I didn’t put him down enough when he was smaller and that’s had an effect with this now.
I speak to other mums who babies are the same age and they all sleep through the night.
Can any one tell me what I am doing wrong please. This will be week 4 with hardly a sleep now.

My LO who just turned 4 month old can roll both ways for last 2-3 weeks. It was fine until she flips on her tummy within one second of putting her down. It doesn't stop there, she is using both arms and feet to move forward and she does manage to get ahead a tiny bit. I don't mind whatever she naturally wants to do but this comes with several minutes of grunting, getting tired and frustrated at herself. What do I do? Send help 🥲

Hey all,
Planning to breastfeed when the baby comes but also very much will go with the flow as I feel at the time. What did you ladies buy ahead of time and what do you think can wait? I've bought some breast pads and milk bags but not sure if I want to invest in a breast pump just yet?

My baby is still waking up for milk at age 2, if I don’t give it to her she screams and cries, it’s driving me crazy and I am exhausted every single day because of it, I never feel like I’m getting enough rest. Does anyone have any tips for how to get her to just sleep all the way through the night without waking up? I am tempted to give her melatonin but she’s only 2 and doctors advise against it. Maybe magnesium would be a better option? She wakes up SEVERAL times in the night the way a newborn would… it’s so draining.
