We nap between 9 and 11 then depending when she naps she wakes up like hour and a half later !, then she does the same about 2/3 depending if her morning nap was early if not she sometimes misses this one out altogether
Then bedtime, 7pm I do tea she eats tea with us has another little play till 7.45 then I run a bath put her in, wash her hair and body, give her 5 minutes playtime in bath, then we go get ready in my room in the dark so she knows it’s time to wind down and by 8 she’s in bed… drinking her bottle I sit by her cot in her room while she drifts off as soon as them eyes are closed I leave the room. But that’s what I’ve got so far routine wise it’s been working she’s just been a nightmare past couple days

Wake up: 6:30am
Breakfast: 8:00am
Nap 1: 9:30-10:45am
Lunch: 12:00 (flexible depending on baby class times)
Nap 2: 2:15-3:30pm
Dinner: 5:00pm
Bedtime routine: 6:45pm
Bedtime: 7:30pm
Hope that helps! All the times in between she’s either playing/at a class or going for walks outside. It’s been working really well for us all

Baby lead because lots of babies don't follow a routine, as much as we might want them to. You're not failing mumma. Promise. It's not that you're not doing right it just your baby isn't ready to be in a routine yet.
Hope you find something that worked but I killed myself with my first for that silver bullet and it sent me mad, second time around I'm going with the flow baby led and we're all so much happier 💜
Waters broke at 2am
It’s now 11am and hardly any (if at all) contractions.
Currently on the ward but how can I get labor going?!
I really really really don’t want to be put on a drip!!!

I went for my 16 week appointment with my husband and my midwife managed to find the heart beat with the Doppler today. It's the first time I've been able to hear it because in my scans they didn't let me hear it. It felt so surreal and I can't stop listening to it. Baby also kicked when she was listening. I just can't wait for my 20 week appointment now to see baby again and hopefully find out the gender. The heart rate was 140 today

Yesterday my waters broke at 40w and 4d at 6pm.
I was kept in hospital and started on the gel straightaway. I had that at 2am this morning and apart from twinges of pain in my groin it doesn’t seem to have worked. I’m on the list for labour ward to start on the drip but have been told by a student midwife it could be a couple of days as they are busy.
Surely when your waters have broken you can not be left that long? Very worried about myself and baby.

My son's first birthday is on May 11th, which is a Tuesday. For his party obviously I'm gonna decorate, do this whole big thing. But it's like for one, do I do it the weekend before and that's Mother's Day or wait a whole week and do the weekend after? Also I want him to wake up and walk out to a nice big decorated surprise on his birthday. But I don't wanna keep all the decorations up. So what are we doing? Are we decorating twice? And just not going as big the first time, but doing something special for him.

I am currently 10w +3, I had my first midwife appointment last week. She mentioned about the screening for Down's syndrome, Edwards' syndrome and Patau's syndrome and that this would be done at my 12 week scan if we wanted it. I know it’s only to advise if the chance is higher or lower of the baby having this but I’m sooo torn whether to have it! Just looking for a bit of advice really, do most people have this testing done? Is there anyone that didn’t?
Thankyou

Hi! I’m just over 25 weeks pregnant with our first and I think I’m overthinking movements. Sometimes he’ll move at similar times each day, then other times I’ll think “oh I haven’t felt him much in the past hour or so” when he has moved at that time previously. And sometimes he has a bit of a quiet day, other days he’s booting me in the side. I have been to triage and they said he’s not neurologically developed enough to get a pattern of movements just yet, but I did the right thing to get checked. Has anyone else struggled with the overthinking and do you have any tips to help?? Thanks!!
