Anyone else struggling with deciding when to have 2nd child?

I just saw it as I’m not getting any younger - and don’t want to leave it too late if I don’t ages to catch. But it did go the latter and caught first month so there’s a 18 month gap - due any day xx

I personally can’t forget the horrific morning sickness just yet and the thought of managing that with a toddler absolutely terrifies me 🫣 I’m not ready just yet. I guess you have to weigh up the support you have if any for when you’re needing it in early&late pregnancy and freshly postpartum x

Personally I'm waiting until a year before my little one starts school. We just cannot afford the childcare for 2 under 4 in nursery. Otherwise, we would definitely be looking at having another very soon x

I’d say, go accordingly to your first child’s dependence on how they are right now and how much they need you and what I mean is that are they fine being independent and not needing you for everything besides the obvs and how far in their milestones are they. Until you can figure that out the don’t rush to having a second baby. And talk with your spouse about it too
