Please someone help me šš» how do I tell if sheās teething? She puts her hand in her mouth but I canāt tell if sheās trying to teeth or if sheās hungry, when I try to feed her she will either latch or start screaming. Or both, latch then unlatch and start screaming. I think sheās a bit overtired but she canāt stay asleep.
She is 2 months old, has anyone had a baby start teething this early? Or anyone currently have a 2 month old teething?

My baby is already gnawing on his hands too! It could be early signs of teething!

Try burping her! My baby was doing the same thing!

My daughter has bouts of teething pain. I can tell itās happening when she pushes away her bottle, or doesnāt want anything but to nurse. She also drools a lot and is occasionally more fussy than what we consider normal for her. We preemptively bought teething toys and she will use them when sheās really in pain so if she is pushing away and not wanting to eat I would buy some teething toys to offer her and see if that helps you

My two month old baby girl is currently teething. I can visibly see a little tooth coming in on her gums. These are all the signs of teething so your baby is definitely teething. Just keep checking their gums and you might see a tooth within some days or maybe a week because my baby girl has been doing this for like a week Iād probably say if not a week and a half and just a couple days ago, I saw a tooth.

The teething has caused my baby girl lots of discomfort, so she has been struggling to sleep lately

To provide her comfort if you have one offer her a teething, Binky, my baby girl loves the teething Binky so much and another mom recommended Camilla drops that are homeopathic. She told me she uses them for her baby boy and they worked really well he slept a lot better because she said he was waking up like every hour or two . I havenāt tried them yet, but Iām definitely going to give them a try. Iām probably going to go to the doctor next week and Iāll ask the doctor what brand she suggests for my baby if this sounds like something you want to try, Iāll get back to you and let you know what my doctor says

Iām going to be honest with my first I always thought he was teething because he was fussy, drooling, putting hands in his mouth all the signs. He didnāt even get one tooth till he was 9 months old š

At 2 months, putting hands in the mouth is usually a normal developmental thing and not necessarily teething. Babies this age are discovering their hands and often use them to self-soothe. The latching, unlatching, and screaming could be hunger, overtiredness, gas, reflux, or just being overstimulated.
That said, some babies do start teething early, although itās not very common. Signs Iād look for are excessive drooling, swollen or tender gums, wanting to chew on everything, and being fussier than usual.
My baby started chewing on her hands around that age too, but it wasnāt actually teething yet. š

Around 2-3 babies will put their hands in their mouths as a developmental stage. They are discovering their hands as well it helps with monitor skills soon enough they will start coping/talking more.
My husband works nights and sometimes heās gone all day and all night so itās just me and my eight month old. No one comes to visit even though his family lives close by and Iām just exhausted. He doesnāt sleep well overnight so Iām just constantly sleep deprived and now he is crawling and constantly just wants to get into everything that he shouldnāt have quite literally anything a fan and end table the dog bowls so if I put him in his playpen, I feel bad heās in the playpen for too long, but then I let him out and heās constantly just going for every single thing he shouldnāt have
I guess Iām just curious what everyone does when theyāre by themselves with their baby lately. I feel like Iām just getting depressed and Iām not cut out for this. Iām constantly just stressed and tired and also feel guilty that I get frustrated because heās just a baby heās also constantly pulling and wanting to stand on me and pinching me all of the time Iām touched out by the end of the day.
And to make it worse by two dogs who I loved very very much as soon as he was born I just canāt stand them the barking the getting in the way itās all just getting to be too much and I know I should be grateful for everything I have, but exhausted

I want to leave my partner, I cannot do this anymore, itās affecting my mental health and making me feel physically unwell.
I feel completely unsupported, emotionally, physically, the constant criticism and looking down his nose at me every single day, I absolutely resent him. We have a 14 month old, and I am also currently 18 weeks pregnant with our second, we were due to be moving at the end of the year, hours away from my family and friends to be closer to his work and the thought of it is seriously triggering me, I just feel like I will be completely isolated with 2 young children and no support.
I will not lose anything by leaving, I can stay in my house I have now and I would get support financially as a single person, but the thought of being a single Mum to 2 under 2 and going through the rest of my pregnancy alone while caring for a toddler is also deeply upsetting to me too. This just isnāt what I wanted for myself or my children, we have been together for 5 years š¢
I just wanted to hear anyone elseās experiences who have been through the same thing, and did it work out for you? I have held on in hopes things will change, but evidently to me now, they just never will! Please help x

I need to have a rant and would welcome supportive messages back.
Iām having money troubles with my partner and itās getting really difficult. I am currently taking all the financial stress while on maternity leave as he chose to leave his job at the end of August. Heās now going back to his job but not until mid-end of October so the strain is on me. He also wants to take a two week trip before he goes back to work but hasnāt shared any money and is expecting it to be paid by meā¦
Every time I raise money or go to talk to him about work he flips out, shouts and then goes quiet and refuses to talk to me.
Iām at a loss as what to do because I just need him to understand how Iām feeling, itās a lot of pressure with a 2-month old.

My husband has been back to work this month and itās been the hardest. He somehow thinks because he has work, Iām the primary caregiver and thatās why I have leave from work. He wants to sleep in on weekends, play video games until 4am (because night time is the only time for himself to do things for him), go to the gym and then show up at 2/3pmā¦.is this normal? Iām going to lose my mind.

Last night, I found out that my husband has been unfaithful to me in circumstances that I find extremely distressing and humiliating.
It appears that when we travelled to my hometown on holiday, he either went to a brothel or contacted a sex worker online. What makes this particularly devastating is that it did not end there. He continued communicating with this woman, developed feelings for her, sent her a significant amount of money, and apparently made plans and promises to bring her to the UK. He was planning to eventually leave me and our young child and have her come here instead.
I only discovered all of this last night and I am in complete shock. I feel deeply betrayed and humiliated, and at the moment I am struggling to process what has happened or even think clearly.
I have not slept at all since finding out. I have been experiencing severe anxiety, constant nausea, diarrhoea, palpitations and a feeling of emptiness in my stomach. Despite not sleeping, I still feel extremely alert and unable to switch off.
On top of the emotional shock, I am extremely frightened about my future. I am not financially independent and I do not know how I would be able to continue living in the UK as a single mother or support myself and my child on my own. I suddenly feel as though my entire life, my family and my sense of security have been taken away from me at once.
I am also completely alone here with my young child and I do not have family or anyone nearby who can support me or take over childcare while I recover. I am finding it extremely difficult to cope with both the emotional shock and the physical symptoms, and I need some support to help me get through this immediate crisis.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
