Should I call triage for nausea and diarrhea?
At what point would you call triage for feeling generally unwell with nausea, diarrhea and stomach ache/cramps? If you would call them at all?
I'm 36+4 and just feel so rubbish the last few days. I'm nauseous and have had on/off diarrhea and I've got indigestion/heartburn too. It's making me completely lose my appetite and I'm not eating much. My stomach aches but I can't even tell if it's stomach ache, indigestion pain, hunger, muscular aches from general weight of the bump or aches/cramps from tightenings which I am also getting. My back aches too but I think that is probably muscular, and my bump is sometimes tender to the touch in random patches.
I don't know if I should get checked or not? I don't have any way to contact my midwife between appointments so it's call triage at the hospital or wait it out.

I would call them just for reassurance. I called them this morning just to get their opinion on my symptoms and made the decision not to go in x
It's unlikely they'll want you in, but give them a call to talk through it and put your mind at rest. Better to call and not need them than to not call x
Let me know what they say if you do call because im exactly the same. Im 36+5 too. Can't tell if im unwell or my body is getting ready for baby.
Please call them. I ended up in hospital for 3 days because of D+V. I had gastroenteritis and it made me severely dehydrated and almost made my baby very ill x

Labor signs?
Did you notice any signs or anything before labor started?
I’m 39 weeks and a day and I’ve had the runs with everything I eat and felt a bit sick yesterday. Really hoping things kick off naturally and I don’t need to be induced. I’m a first time mom so not a clue what to expect.
I feel like I’ve been losing my mucus plug for weeks so don’t think that will be a sign unless it becomes a bit bloody.
Is it right that your waters don’t have to go first and you can just start with contractions?

Bleeding
I’m 6 weeks 3 days today I’ve had no bleeding until just now… my pants are black but when pressing tissue on them there’s blood and when I wiped there was blood now. Is this normal? I’ve had no cramping etc

How is everyone?
How is everyone doing now we're getting to the final weeks or days for some?
For me the heartburn and indigestion is unbearable. But I think the part I find worse is the restless legs which have cranked up 10 notches! I'm exhausted but I just can't sleep for it. Anyone else?
I've also had a couple of episodes of sickness and diarrhoea in the last two weeks, never had that with my first two.
Just feeling very ready to have baby rather than bump.

Elective c-sections
Hello!
My first birth ended up in an emergency c section and this time round I have opted for an elective c-section.
What is everyone packing in their hospital bags? And how did you make it easier for you whilst you were in hospital?
