Labor signs?

Same here im 38 weeks today ibe felt terrible past 2 days and today horrendous cramps on and off and terrible back pain but not sure if im being paranoid!

I haven't had any obvious signs with either of my pregnancies, I did lose a big bit of mucus plug with my first then went into labour that night. In neither pregnancy did my waters break first, it went both times at 10cm. I know "clearing out" can be a sign but I guess I wanted to comment so you know that no sign doesn't mean it won't happen

Feeling sick and being sick since around 34 weeks now 37 weeks tomorrow and it’s just increased to daily being sick basically a few times a day 😣😣

It's actually not very common for your waters going as the first sign of labour! Usually you'll have some niggling and contractions first. Some people find their waters don't go until they're well into established labour!

If you want a natural start to labour and to avoid induction, just say no! Statistically you're unlikely to deliver until around 41 weeks if left alone, and that's perfectly fine.
