Does anyone else have a baby that won’t breastfeed unless outside?

My baby was fine but I realized she won’t nurse unless lying down in bed, but she’ll accept a bottle. The boob strike is so strange.

Ive never personally experienced it and its a unique one but could it be the way hes positioned to feed ? Even the slightest diffrent in posture when you sit down can make a baby not want to latch, my girl wont feed in the rocking chair but will on the sofa for example just due to the slight posture change x

Do you tend to nurse before walks or during walks? Do you take him out for walks frequently? I’m only asking because sometimes babies can associate being outside with these types of things. He could have either built an association for nursing only around these times. Often times babies like a change in their environment. Sometimes outside provides more white noise where sometimes indoors can provide a different sense of stimulation. Maybe try a white noise machine during feeding ? And also maybe try adjusting posture/ stimuli in his environment when nursing . He is becoming more aware of his surroundings and maybe these small things can make a difference.
