It's my due date today feeling super excited. My recent hospital appointment they told me that my blood, urine and blood pressure was all at an okay range so I could stay at home and let baby come naturally. I'm so chuffed. No pushing for an induction or any intervention so am over the moon. Ive decided that I might take a sweep if I go a week over but for this next week am happy to just get the oxocoytin going. Is anyone else's due date today? How you feeling? Any plans for interventions? What are you doing with your time xxx

Due date is the 10th but I'm being induced any day from the 3rd (compassionate reasons)! Very excited to start seeing the October babies coming in

I am due on monday no sign of baby. Even though I am ok they are pushing for induction at 41 weeks so I just hope she comes out!

I’m due Monday too and I’m just going to wait it out if I can. How comes they are pushing you for an induction, out of interest?

I am due next Sunday and they suggested a sweep at last appointment,39+2 which I declined but will go for in the next week’s appointment if nothing happens by then.

I’m due tomorrow, declined a sweep today at my last midwife appointment! She told me next Friday the hospital will ring if I’ve not had baby, but I’ll opt for monitoring. I assume they’ll push an induction on me, but I went into spontaneous labour at 41+3 with my daughter so they can try but I’ll decline! And my son came 40+2 so praying it happens this weekend 😊
Hi everyone. I had my 28 week appt today, my bp was 126/76, midwife wasn’t concerned but I searched it and says it’s slightly elevated 😭

I definitely failed my 2 hour glucose test on Tuesday this week, with numbers out of range on both my fasting and 1 hour blood draw. I may be rushing my doctor, but I messaged and called because I am going overseas in less than a week and need to know if I need to, say pick up supplies or be medicated. Is it normal for no one to reach out after a failed glucose test, or respond at all?

Just a positive post to say that there is light at the end of the tunnel for those of you with babies going through the witching hours! My baby boy is now almost 8 weeks old, from around 3 weeks he was inconsolable for a couple of hours anywhere between 5pm and 9pm, but the past three nights has been so much better!
It is a haaaaarrrrdddd phase though! If you are going through it, what helped me was holding him securely while bouncing on my birthing ball and singing slowed down versions of my fave pop songs (twinkle twinkle got old v fast!) and then tapping in and out with my husband when it got too much.
Hoping I've not jinxed it with this post 😅
