35+4 and the insomnia is ridiculous. I’m so tired but my body just won’t go to sleep!
Anyone else? And any ideas?

Yes same here i can easily nap during the day but night times are awful for some unknown reason 😬
I didnt have a nap yesterday because thought it would help me sleep better and here i am at 03:30am wide awake again after toilet every 2 hours 😖

Hi so sorry for you two😢 I am 2 months postpartum and still have chronic insomnia. 4:20AM and I went to bed at 9PM, slept 1,5 hours and since then wide awake. Know for a fact that the day is going to be a nightmare for me

I was advised to rub magnesium balm / spray onto the soles of my feet before bedtime & when I woke in the night would immediately eat a banana. If actually solved it!! Pregnancy insomnia can also be caused by low iron so make sure you get checked xxx

I was suffering with it badly and I found out I had low iron. Taking iron now to help. Try magnesium cream!! I use it on my body now which helps hugely. X

He was born at 2:33pm today but decided to breathe in his amniotic fluid instead of air. Not improving as fast as they like so we went on the cpap and are going to be getting transferred to the nicu at a different hospital. Hopefully he improves soon so we can all go home together.

I had an emergency c section in 2024 and this year I’ve noticed something new that keeps happening and I don’t know if it’s linked to having a c section. I’ve noticed when I’m getting out the shower/bath and I’m bending forward to dry my legs and feet I get this random tight knot feeling in my stomach ( few inches above scar). It scares me but soon as I stand back straight it goes. Has anyone else experienced this?

I am about to be 21 weeks and I only feel him sometimes but I wanted to know if that’s normal.

Does anyone else feel like they’re carrying quite small? I’ve had my 20 week scan and my baby is totally fine and in the normal centile range, but people keep telling me I barely look pregnant!
I’m 5ft 9 so maybe height is playing a role but with my first I felt like I actually looked bigger! 21 weeks today
