What did you do with the pram/carrycot when your little one outgrew it?

Tried to sell it on fb marketplace but no luck. Other shops/charities/online platforms that worth trying? (UK only)

Which brand is it? Some companies do recycling schemes. I know Silver Cross and Cosatto do but not sure about others.

Depending on where you live there may well be a baby bank, sortve like a food bank, and they are often desperate for prams and other big items for mums that cannot afford them so that could be worth looking in to 😊

Also in a similar situation with many of our larger items and not sure best way to post or had no luck with local market places.

I recently came across Baby Basics a charity who support displaced families or mums leaving a bad domestic situation. They have several over the country so maybe worth seeing if there is a local one you can donate to and knowing it’s going to someone who really needs it.

Feeling down/not good enough

I know a lot of this is down to me spending too much time on social media or obsessing over what my friends managed to do for their babies, so I've started skipping all the baby content now but the damage is done. Baby is due in 3 weeks and I feel like my house is too small/cramped to give my baby everything I had hoped to.
I was hoping to have a nice big cot in our room but there's no space. We'll have to have a bassinet and then a mini cot.
Was hoping to have loads of floor space in our living room for playing, etc but no matter how much I move things around, it's just not enough..
I know the baby won't care, but I grew up in a very small cramped house and I always hoped I would be able to give my children better than what I had.

Been speaking to the perinatal mental health team and they are lovely, but I can't shift this feeling of not being good enough!

Any tips on how to keep myself positive?

Stroller recs

Hi mammas
I’m looking for a recommendation for a compact stroller as I’ve really had enough of how bulky the full pram from our Joie travel system is. I really want to get rid of it with all its attachments and just have a stroller now that my LO has outgrown the bassinet. Preferably one with parent facing and world facing ability - any recommendations please? I just want to be able to take the dog and baby out at the same time but can’t currently fit both in the car!
