I have coslept with both my children! Let your partner back in the bed! Baby you then your parter. You’ll act as a shield for your baby!

We had a double at first which was fine I just kept baby on one side. Then we upgraded to a king floor bed when she was 6 months old and currently have a king and a double divan bed pushed together across the width of our bedroom. Me and the newborn sleep on the king then my toddler sleeps next to me on the other side (on the double) and then my partner sleeps next to her. I wake up at the slightest movement or noise so i’m not worried.

Me and partner have always been in the bed with my son. We have a super king bed so it helps with space but we also at around 6 months did a cot side car too for extra room, so attached the cot with straps to my bed and made sure it was level with my mattress and it was like an extra nook for him to go in or sleep in as well 😀

We’ve always had all of us in the bed! Baby, you in c-curl around baby and then partner on the other side of you. Once baby gets to 4 months, they can go in the middle unless your partner is a real deep sleeper. We had separate quilts and both just used one pillow etc to ensure both were sticking to safe co sleeping guidance! As long as your partner doesn’t smoke, drink, take drowsy meds etc x

Co-slept with both. When we just had my first partner slept on the sofa me in bed with baby. Now we have two we have a day bed in the front room where I sleep with baby and dad sleeps in the bedroom with toddler x

I co-slept with my daughters and now co- sleep with my son. At first we was all in a double bed but in the heat it got to much so we brought a small double and now me and my son have the double bed and my partner has the small double which is pushed up against our bed

Feeling down/not good enough

I know a lot of this is down to me spending too much time on social media or obsessing over what my friends managed to do for their babies, so I've started skipping all the baby content now but the damage is done. Baby is due in 3 weeks and I feel like my house is too small/cramped to give my baby everything I had hoped to.
I was hoping to have a nice big cot in our room but there's no space. We'll have to have a bassinet and then a mini cot.
Was hoping to have loads of floor space in our living room for playing, etc but no matter how much I move things around, it's just not enough..
I know the baby won't care, but I grew up in a very small cramped house and I always hoped I would be able to give my children better than what I had.

Been speaking to the perinatal mental health team and they are lovely, but I can't shift this feeling of not being good enough!

Any tips on how to keep myself positive?

Dry nappies overnight – should I worry?

My little one has started waking up with a dry nappy overnight, but then has a big wee after feeding. Is this normal, and do I need to be concerned? Would love to hear from you all.
She has lots of wet nappies through the day and is having plenty of her milk/bottle through the day. She is 5 and a half months old.

Thanks all

Stroller recs

Hi mammas
I’m looking for a recommendation for a compact stroller as I’ve really had enough of how bulky the full pram from our Joie travel system is. I really want to get rid of it with all its attachments and just have a stroller now that my LO has outgrown the bassinet. Preferably one with parent facing and world facing ability - any recommendations please? I just want to be able to take the dog and baby out at the same time but can’t currently fit both in the car!
