This is my first pregnancy (I’m 32), and at 19 weeks, I have barely any bump.
Baby’s heart rate was normal at 16 weeks, and we have the anomaly scan booked for next week.
I experienced nausea and food aversions during my first trimester, but I’ve been able to resume my normal eating habits recently. I have been active/training throughout my entire pregnancy, and I’m on my feet most of the days, but I’m starting to get worried that the baby isn’t growing at the expected rate.

My baby bump didn’t get noticeable until after 20 weeks… between 30-41 weeks my bump got so big and my baby was 80th percentile (because of his dads genes) 🙃 it’s normal for a first pregnancy especially if you’re fit!

If you're big into fitness and staying active, your stomach muscles can be strong enough to stop your bump popping. If you have a look at athletes or trainers during pregnancy they look tiny

I’m almost 27 weeks and barely have a bump even though he is in the 72nd centile. Every body is different, try not to worry/compare x

My baby is 90th percentile probably because im 5'11 and dad is 6'4 but I didnt have a bump until about 24 weeks and its my first too and baby is fine. Don't worry about it. One of my gfs is 10 weeks behind me im currently 28 weeks and our bumps are about the same size so everyone is different please dont worry. Xxx

Do you have a retroverted uterus? I have an it takes longer to show and I also didn't put on much weight in general so even at 40 weeks with my first I only looked about 6 months! As long as everything is going well, try not to worry. Otherwise pay for a private scan to put your mind at rest x

Your first pregnancy can take longer to pop. Im #3 and knew before the test because my muscles are so stretched

I'm 30, 24 weeks and although I felt like I'd got a bit of a bump, family and friends didn't think I did until around 20 weeks plus and some still say they can't tell I'm pregnant. I had a few people at work say yesterday they only realised that day that I was pregnant.
I have been super lucky that my only pregnancy symptom has been fatigue and Dr Google was awful in those first 12 weeks because I had no symptoms apart from the tiredness and I questioned every day if I was even pregnant.
Every pregnancy is different. I have an anterior placenta so feeling the baby move was also later than some people experience.
Try not to worry or compare your pregnancy to others (I know it's easier said than done) but you're doing an amazing job and next week you'll have the answers you need.

I'm 34 weeks and only just popped I had rly bad nausea till I was around 23 weeks but my baby is measuring normal I have a growth scan next week

I’m 31 in a couple of weeks and pregnant with my first. I’m 28 weeks tomorrow and have only just got a proper visible bump 😂 Up until about 25/26 weeks I mostly just looked like I’d been hitting the cake stand a bit too enthusiastically!
Your midwife appointments and scans will keep an eye on baby’s growth, so unless a professional has told you there’s something to worry about, try not to compare bumps. Everyone carries so differently.
Enjoy the cute little bump while it lasts… mine seems to be expanding by the hour now and I’m pretty sure gravity is starting to take it personally 😂

I had a fairly small bump throughout my pregnancy till nearer the end, I know it’s hard not to but try not to compare to other bump sizes everyone is different. Midwife’s will start to measure your bump each time you go to appointments and listen to babies heart beat which is definitely reassuring! ☺️

I’m 35 weeks and just took my belly ring out and I feel like it looks so ugly 😭😭 my belly button is only halfway popped out so my belly button and the 2 holes from the piercing are visible and I feel like it looks like 3 belly buttons 🥲 not the mention the hyperpigmentation.
I really hate looking at my belly now, which makes me sad! Has anyone else delt with this? I feel uglier the further along I get

Use this post to scream into the void about any and all feelings you have.
Fun fact: there was a study done that shows many women feel worse at 9-10 months PP than 4-6!

I’m currently 27 weeks pregnant and maybe 2-3 weeks ago I started getting random anxiety, kind of feels like that dreadful hangover anxiety but over absolutely nothing. Like there’s nothing I’m feeling anxious or sad about I just have this anxiety lingering and weird feeling of sadness. Anyone else had this??
