I don’t know if anyone else feels like this, but lately I’m just feeling really fed up with the same day-to-day routine and, more than anything, the lack of a proper mum village. 😔
I absolutely love being a mum and I’m so grateful for my little ones, but I think sometimes people underestimate how lonely motherhood can actually feel. Every day can feel like Groundhog Day — wake up, breakfast, get everyone ready, activities, lunch, naps, snacks, dinner, bath, bedtime… then finally get a few minutes to yourself before doing it all over again the next day.
And it’s not necessarily that I want to be doing more. I just want some company and connection along the way. I want those friendships where you can message someone and say, “Fancy going for a coffee?” or “Shall we take the kids to the park?” without having to overthink it. Someone to have a laugh with, moan about the hard days with, celebrate the little wins with, and just feel like you’re not doing motherhood completely on your own.
I think I’m really missing that feeling of having a little village around me. ❤️
It’s hard seeing other people who seem to have their group of mum friends, regular meet-ups, playdates and support, while you’re just getting through the same routine day after day. And I know social media can make it look like everyone else has this amazing support network, but I’m sure there are lots of mums quietly feeling exactly the same.
I’d love to meet some genuine, down-to-earth mums who are also looking for friendship and a bit of companionship. Not necessarily anything complicated — coffee, walks, soft play, park trips, lunch, or even just a chat while the kids run around.
If anyone else is feeling a bit lonely, stuck in a rut or just missing having a mum village, please know you’re definitely not the only one. 🥹❤️
Would genuinely love to hear from anyone who feels the same. Maybe we can all find our little village together. 🤍

Hey mama, send me a message.
I made a whatsapp group a few months ago because i felt the exact same way, and the whole concept of the group are to create a deeper connection than a mum friend- but to become a village for eachother. I just removed some mums who were ghost the entire time to make space for mums like you who need a community like ours
Everyones really lovely, theres no pressure to chat everyday but we check in with eachother, everyones just about local and some of us are going to be meeting up soon, and im planning to do a first park/coffee meetup soon too.
Hi, I’m wondering if there are any other mums who are not returning/didn’t return to work after mat leave, and instead are stay at home mums. I’d love to hear your experiences, what you get up to with your Lo’s, when you plan to sign them up for anything like pre school etc. Thanks! :)

This makes me sad , but I dont think this app is working as it should , didnt make friends , or went out for play dates.
I have been here 7 years and havent made a single friend , moms wants to have friends , but in the end we just waste time , have meaningless connections and conversations, when its time to meet up people just makes excuses and I am back to how I started alone , so even the old ways people are always busy no one talks anymore , school runs everyone is always so busy barely time for anything , always try to approach people and be kind , but nowadays people just ignore you , so , will just delete this app , wish all of you well , take care of yourselves!

Is it normal to be happy about being pregnant again And then wishing you weren’t pregnant at the same time just easily ready to punch your husband in the face? (sort of kidding) Not sure if it’s my hormones? Or me going cold turkey with my Lexapro or both or I just don’t want to be pregnant.

I have a son who is 14 months and he's growing 💗 so fast 😭 I need extra Cash at least 200 to 400 extra dollars. Everywhere I search is low-key like scams. Anyone know any sites or jobs hiring that don't use phones by chance 😔

I keep seeing on reddit and other places saying wfh with a baby is impossible. I need success stories to bolster my confidence! I just got hired for data entry and its super flexible. I'm hoping this is doable!
